Friendly Foods is a great store selling a wide range of eastern European, Russian, and Ukrainian goods. It is a complete micro grocery with just about everything you need, including a nice selection of goods. Customers are impressed with the meat selection, bakery, juice selection, and tea selection. The store has great deals on seasonal produce and is priced well. It is clean, with a nice presentation, and the people are nice and care a lot about their customers. The store offers tons of candy, pirashkis, and items like birch tree juice and Lithuanian dark rye bread. It is a welcoming place that reminds some of little shops from back home.

I love this place because it reminds me of the magazins (little shops) in Armenia and Georgia. The Pirashkis are good—we always grab a few potato-filled ones when we’re nearby.
