You might think that the ticket windows are closed, but there will be one window open and there’s someone there waiting for people to buy tickets during office hours.

Stopped by on a Monday afternoon. Service was quick and lovely. The women who helped me was very sweet.

This is a real place! Buy event tickets without Ticketmaster fees during business hours. You have to walk up the hill until you see big Heritage Bank Box Office letters on the side of the building (possibly oassing several ticket booths on the way).
