“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work.
I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly.

“Love the Customer Service, Professionalism & Fast Service of this location! ! The Sales Rep #: ****903 who helped me today was Kind & Great! Thankful for his help. However, I wish he would've known the different sizes of Apple Watch Bands you can get. I purchased an Apple Watch today & the band was small. I asked for a bigger size, and his response was, it was the only size they carried!! And instead of looking for other options that would help me? He recommended I buy a bigger band from Best Buy, Apple Store or Amazon. Now, why would I want to buy another band for it when I just purchased this new watch expecting for this one to work?? Just more money out of my pocket spent!! Anyways, luckily another nice coworker overheard our conversation and told the sales rep to check in their safe box or the back for a bigger size cause the one we had was small/medium. Unfortunately, they didn't have any available. So, I settled for a black band they found in one of their drawers. It was a bit disappointing because I had purchased a White/Silver apple watch, but walked out wearing a black one. Thanks for your help, but hopefully this review will help some staffs get a little more training.

I worked with Lex who was not only setting my new phone up, but also helping other customers and giving other employees assistance as well.
Matty was helping an older woman next to me, and he was so incredibly sweet with her. He set everything up for her - her Face ID, Siri, all of her settings! The customer had told me that she’d had bad service at a different location and was feeling discouraged. I think Matty really turned that around for her. He asked her small talk questions and kept her company as her phone updated, all while still helping other customers.
They got pretty busy but the small team was able to clear out a full store and assist waiting customers by working really well as a team.
This is definitely going to be my new go-to T-Mobile store!

“I called Xfinity 7 times !! And that BOT will not connect you to an agent or wants you to set up a Tech visit. Dear CEO since you don't work how about giving your employees who did help me at the store and then Jay at the tech side your weekly pay to them. The BOT tells you to go online. How would that have helped when the modem is dead? How about taking some of your weekly pay and pay your employees. I drove to the store and I installed the modem myself. I did not need a tech visit. Ridiculous. My dog could be a BOT and do more than the one you have. Arf Arf. They had to listen to me swearing at that BOT.”

After nearly three years we finally landed a competent technician to the house. Nathan was outstanding! He took his time to investigate the issues and resolved them. The Key Peninsula deserves better service and higher powered internet. We applied for Starlink and can’t wait to drop CenturyLink. Until then, thank you Nathan for your high level of professionalism and willingness to assist with resolving our concerns. The Customer Service call center is worthless!”
“We had an issue with our connection on a Friday night. On a cold Feb. night in Cache Valley ya just want to stay in where it’s warm and watch some TV. I knew it was after hours so thought I’d just leave a voice mail and hope for a call back on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to actually get an after hours call from Mitch asking me what he could do to get us up and going again. Mitch gave us some tech. suggestions and within 20 minutes we were back in business. We were very happy and impressed with their prompt and pleasant service!! ?Thanks Mitch !!!”
