“I can't speak highly enough about the quality and care of work here. I came to Gold Dust with an idea about a ring I wanted made. All I had was a general concept and extremely rough sketch (basically just crudely drawn letters on a napkin). I needed help envisioning the final product. I knew someone with enough artistic talent could bring this idea to life, but I myself had a real difficult time explaining how I wanted it to look or showing examples for similar work. Falon listened to what I wanted, discussed options, and made a plan. Falon worked on a few different concepts. One of them was exactly what I had envisioned, perfectly pulling the idea from my head and making it real. After the initial model was designed, I was already on board. I was ready to purchase and move forward.
Falon had more ideas about how to change the design to improve the over-all look. She could have sold me the ring as is, but instead she took additional time to make multiple changes and keep working on the ring until she thought it was perfect. The end result turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. She used her talent and knowledge to create something far beyond what my expectations were.
I can't imagine going to anyone else to have a customer piece made. They've earned a customer for life.”

I didn’t love how they sat together on my finger afterward, so they redid the sizing on one of them for me in under an hour. Excellent, helpful service from everyone I talked to from start to finish.
