Lakewood Goodwill is a large, organized, and clean thrift store with good parking. It offers a very large selection of clothes and other oddities. The staff is very friendly, with very nice cashiers noted for their kindness. The store is described as super inexpensive, and it is recommended to buy used and repurpose items. Shoppers advise that if you see an item, you should buy it right then because it likely will not be there on a next visit. Some find the pricing way too high at times, however, and note there are no dressing rooms or bathrooms. The store is organized by colors and size, and shopping is easier if you know what you want before going. Senior discounts are offered on Tuesdays. The store no longer accepts furniture drop-offs. As a nonprofit, its revenue supports free career training and job placement services in the region.
Decent store, always clean and employees are always friendly. But like every other Goodwill they over price everything and thats why I don't shop at Goodwill locations as much as I use to do. Hopefully they will figure it out one day.

Staff was very friendly! Witnessed 2 goodwill employees working with 2 special needs employees. They treated those young people like they were their own children. You 2 ladies are well qualitified and I applaud you all for making my day simply by being kind human beings. Thank you.
