“Nice woman. She told me the shorts I wanted hemmed would cost more than the shorts were worth- they were nothing special, so she moved pins around and showed me how to do it myself. Really nice lady. I went there because I heard their prices are the most reasonable, but even with a good deal, I can't afford a personal tailor. The woman at the counter gave me confidence to sew the shorts myself. She didn't have to go out of her way to move the pins and explain it to me- with a smile. Very nice.”
“Laundry space was available nice and clean here took only 23 mins for the huge 80lbs washer, I don’t know if it was expensive or cheap because it was the first time In a long time I had to use a laundromat, $11.50 I think the price was to wash now let’s see how the dryer works so good so far!”

“Bought a beautiful coat on clearance, had dirt on the hem in several places, but otherwise it was such a good deal. They got all the dirt out, my coat looks pristine!! They were worried it wouldn't come clean since the coat is cream colored, but it just looks amazing!”

The actual use of the space and experience is five stars. The building itself is a little run down and smells like an older damp space.
Overall it's been the best privately owned laundromat that I've used as a new state transplant.”
“First time at Laundry Mart I was greeted by Dale. She was extremely helpful and polite. This Laundromat is clean, and the washing machines are fast and work well! Took less than 25 minutes to do a full load. The Negatives of this place is the location. It's next to a very popular dispensary. I recommend parking in the Tacoma Goodwill/ValueVillage lot right across from the location. CASH ONLY, but they do provide a reloadable card. This place stays open longer than Mr. Bubbles down the street.”

“Ive used their wash n fold service many times! I couldn't be happier with the quality! I go back again and again, as a single guy that works away from home often there is no better feeling than dropping off the big bag of work clothes, to the always smiling staff, whether its the staff or owner that pops in from time to time, and always getting it back same day fresh and folded ready for the closet. Great place well worth the cost! 10 out of 10!”
