“After scrolling up and down looking for a secure storage, I decided to give a try to secure storage after having a bad experience with another storage.I met a sweet and patient young lady by the name Tamara, who took her time to show me the unit I was looking for. She went above and beyond to help me sign up for one of their units in Tacoma which was near me. Thank you so much Tamara . BTW the place is so clean.I recommend.”

“They were fast and knew what they were doing. The truck (a 16ft box) was in good shape and modern. Easy to drive. It had a back up camera that could double as a rear view mirror. Bluetooth, mileage and fuel usage display. All Siad and done i was happy. It was a little pricey though. And the one we went to is out in the port. You might not want to go with the after hours drop. It is a little creepy donw there at night.”

“If you get a truck or anything from Uhaul definitely got to this location. I'm not a review guy or really someone who gives someone props. Bit definitely go to this location. They were great help, Glenn is a great guy and alot of help. You don't come across many people like him these days.
I give that guy the biggest props he helped us so much today for over a hr and helped us figuring out our RV. And he didn't have to. Awesome guy thanks for al your help Glenn. You are awesome I really appreciate it!!”

“My family got locked outside because the garage door could not open, in middle of the night. We had no choice but to find to rent a very tall ladder to reach 2nd floor, planning to break inside by window. Altho we were able to open the garage eventually without the ladder, I still appreciated for their costumer services - who made efforts to find ladders and keep the communication in between.”

“So, last Sunday, one of the driver was driving on the highway with no dirt cover and resulted my windshield cracking in multiple places.When I called, Jackie took full responsibility and coordinated windshield replacement within the day and 4 days later, I have a new windshield.What I am trying to say is this. Now this is a company who are accountable and values integrity. Jackie upon initial contact called the driver which I am 100% confident addressed the concern and took action.
