“It's a nice facility, prices are generally pretty fair, maybe increased 50% gradually over a couple years compared to doubling much quicker at other companies.
Pros: secure, you can share access without a physical key, nice carts, clean
Cons: checkout procedure could be posted on a wall or be triggered by the checkout option on the app, burying it in the terms of service is kind of annoying. They did credit me back the month I was charged after vacating, however.”
“Easy signup. No surprises or random fees. When it came time to cancel and move they didn’t give me the run around. Just canceled my payments for me and called it good. Professional staff. It’s just a storage facility that does their job in an honest way. All you can really ask for. Also very clean and secure.”

“The new manager was really nice and he introduced him self and he had told me about the app I needed to download so I dont ever have to drive up and put a code at the gate all I gotta do is go to the app on my phone and press and the gate wil
l open up for me. He was really nice enough to even write down my storage # unit because I just recently got it and I lost my code and I didn't even remember my unit number so he was nice enough to write it down for me....thank you!

“The Narrows Marina is a good place Moor your boat, even for 1 night or 2 weeks. It has a gas dock. And also has a pump out station for the boat. It also has a lil store and a couple of restaurant's and beer. Don't drink but it has it if you do drink beer.
Update: still a great place to dock your boat gas dock still good. They make their own beer”
“The Manager and her staff are awesome! We appreciate the reminders as some places don’t do that at all until the due dates. They are always friendly, respectful, very approachable, and knowledgeable. They explain the process clearly and assist with your online issues (password reset). They respond to questions quickly. I love the little fur babies!!”
“Service was great. There was a problem with our assigned vehicle storage space being occupied. Max jumped in to action and helped us find another spot, check us in and redo our rental agreement to reflect the new space. He was incredibly helpful and we were on our way quickly.”

“I’ve been using this storage unit intermittently for decades! It sets the standard within the industry for everything… great location right off the freeway, easy to enter/exit and most importantly, it’s extremely clean and well maintained!
My friend, who’s used multiple different storage units tagged along while I was getting some things out of my unit and even she was super impressed at how clean it was!!
As with most businesses, the management has shifted a lot. But as long as I was set up for auto-pay I never had a problem with the different owners.
Cindy was super helpful and friendly with my move-out and I’m sorry to leave but I don’t plan on using any other storage unit after my experience here!”

An 8 month update - I was surprised by 30% price increase for my unit. Contacting the office, we found another unit farther from the elevator at a cheaper price. Moved immediately”
“Needed a storage unit for nearby college students' stuff for the summer and Tacoma Self Storage was ideal. Derrick was wonderful to work with from the initial phone call to once the unit was cleared out. Easy access, carts available, clean, and well lit. Students stored and removed their items with no issues. Will definitely use again (assuming great review doesn't cause them to sell out) ;-)”

“Renting the storage unit was quick and easy. I like that the units are drive up units, outside entrance. Arriving onsite the front desk agent Deon was polite and quick to assist me. Gates work, locks work, property is secure. I would recommend it.”
“All of the staff is great, except the manager. She is always snooping and making weird
excuses for peeking in people’s unit. She tends to over-regulate the use of the facility. Keeps the place extremely clean and secure though. No people living in units or that kind of thing. This ‘No Smoking’ establishment is enforced via fines, which is nice for those who prefer not to smell smoke of any kind.”

“I started an online reservation and processed the paperwork online. It was fast and easy but I was having difficulties with the app. Between Kathy and Christopher, they were both amazing and direct with what I needed and helped as much as they could to solve the issue. I'm on a time crunch and couldn't solve the issue right away and had to cancel my rental unit but the team there , especially Chris, are amazing. Maybe in the future if I need a storage unit on the fly, I'm definitely coming back to them.”
