“It's a nice facility, prices are generally pretty fair, maybe increased 50% gradually over a couple years compared to doubling much quicker at other companies. Pros: secure, you can share access without a physical key, nice carts, clean Cons: checkout procedure could be posted on a wall or be triggered by the checkout option on the app, burying it in the terms of service is kind of annoying. They did credit me back the month I was charged after vacating, however.”

“The manager was super great and helpful with our unit choice and when I messed up and paid the wrong facility she helped me figure it out even tho I didn't have an appt, I would highly recommend the storage facility it's 24 hours and all the other people I've encountered inside the facility have been really nice and it's clean and the best price for what size unit we could find and I especially appreciate how close it is to my house. The traffic has been super minimal, I've seen 2 people in a week and we got the 24 hour access since my husband works nights and our schedule is exactly opposite of the rest of the world sometimes.”

“The Narrows Marina is a good place Moor your boat, even for 1 night or 2 weeks. It has a gas dock. And also has a pump out station for the boat. It also has a lil store and a couple of restaurant's and beer. Don't drink but it has it if you do drink beer. Update: still a great place to dock your boat gas dock still good. They make their own beer”

A system error on their end caused our account to be closed, but Lindsey jumped in, owned the problem, and got everything fixed fast. She was kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with (which is rare when dealing with account issues). If you’re renting from Secure Space, do yourself a favor and work with Lindsey.
