U-Haul Tacoma
9201 Pacific Ave, Tacoma WA 98444
“Big thanks to Secure Space for having Lindsey Rodriguez on their team. A system error on their end caused our account to be closed, but Lindsey jumped in, owned the problem, and got everything fixed fast. She was kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with (which is rare when dealing with account issues). If you’re renting from Secure Space, do yourself a favor and work with Lindsey. She’s fantastic!!”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Parkland
9201 Pacific Avenue South, Tacoma WA 98444
“Nice clean facility, surprisingly decent equipment that wasn't looking beat up at all - a big improvement from the U-Haul I remember. Something to know about this location if you are picking up or dropping off a rental truck/trailer/storage pod - there's no office, it's largely automated. Call the phone number to find the location manager, or ask at the loading dock area on the taller building to the left side of the complex.”

Penske Truck Rental
1460 Thorne Road, Tacoma WA 98421
“Lost my wallet in a sub truck that I turned into Tacoma Washington, before I realized I left my wallet in the truck I had turned the truck in. They said they looked for it but not sure how hard they looked because there are places in the truck my wallet could be so a very close inspection of the interior of the vehicle is required. I still haven't found my wallet so I'm 99% sure it's still in that truck.”

“Got to be honest I haven't had a bunch of good experiences with U-Haul or storage places in general but the manager at this place or the girl that was working there that I thought was the manager because she was handling her business was so chill and so able to help and make sure everything was right that it was a pretty easy system and I appreciated it. So kudos to them. Yeah”

“My family got locked outside because the garage door could not open, in middle of the night. We had no choice but to find to rent a very tall ladder to reach 2nd floor, planning to break inside by window. Altho we were able to open the garage eventually without the ladder, I still appreciated for their costumer services - who made efforts to find ladders and keep the communication in between.”
