My granddaughter loves the clothes. Personally I think they look like second hand garbage… pulled straight out of the trash. But fashion is objective and I suppose my grandfather would think the same about my style.
The clothes were a gift and my granddaughter was definitely disturbed/delighted that I was able to predict her fashion choices.

Visited this store on 6/3 and had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. When I asked an employee for a fitting room, he didn’t respond verbally—he just looked up from his phone, walked over to unlock the fitting room, and appeared visibly annoyed. He then returned to his phone. After trying on some clothes, I asked whether I should leave the items I didn’t want in the fitting room or hand them to him. He let out a loud sigh and said, “Just give them to me.” Although I had selected a couple of shirts to purchase, the interaction made me feel so unwelcome that I ended up putting the items back myself and leaving the store.

We went there for school clothes shopping for my sisters. I witnessed this woman have an attitude and and when the person I went with said “Wow… everyone seems really happy here.”
The girl slammed our bag down on the counter. I’ve worked in customer service and have NEVER treated a customer with disrespect. Will go elsewhere next time.

this place is awful customer service, all the girls working there were sitting at the register on their phones. There was one girl sitting on the floor in her phone as well and they did not care to help us , went to ask one girl for a fitting room for me and my friend and her text was apparently more important ? and as were checking out their conversation with each other was more important as well.. crazy behavior ?

I went to Pac Sun on February 17th and I did not see any employees around. I went to checkout and there was two girls sitting on the ground behind the cashiers on their phones…very weird i’ve never seen this before and they didn’t look too happy to have to get up to check me out.

"Sorry store closes at 6, we close the fitting rooms at 5:30" stated at 5:30. I needed to compare a size small and medium of a shirt I was going to purchase. Guess I didn't purchase the shirt. Unacceptable customer service by "Giselle" (apparent name with hesitation) on 2/20/2022

Nice selection of clothing but the staff couldn't be bothered to look up from their conversation to help us check out and when they finally saw us they seemed annoyed at our presence

Excellent place for surf clothes skating shoes just a lot of things to look at. They kept up on cleaning up after each customer, which is always cool to see, Thanks. Before I went to this location, the last Pac-Sun I was at was in Huntington Beach California, where I was born. I like this location just as much, and they have almost everything that others locations do but, they can order it for you. ???

Every year I spend thousands of dollars at this store my kids love the clothes. So, I was extremely surprised at the horrible customer service we recieved. Embarrassed even. The situation: I needed to exchange a dress for my kid it was too small. The dress was part of a BOGO thing. So all I wanted was the same dress but because they didn't have it it I was forced to get a different dress. So I did, a cheaper one but off the same rack. I had my kid go try it on the lady with black curly hair wearing glasses was cleaning the stall (thank you) then my daughter asked to try the dress on n she slams the door shut walking away looks at my kid n days someone will open it for you. So this lady goes to the cash register to ring people out didn't even bother to ask another employee to open the stall she was just in. But luckily one if the nice girls came to open it. Fine. I'll let that slide. As a customer my expectation is they will honor the bogo because I'm forced to get something different. But instead I end up paying MORE because they did not want to honor it. So, my mom had a few questions and we needed clarification because the dress I repurchased was marked cheaper yet I had to pay more even without the bogo. The same curly black haired j*** with the glasses cones over n immediately starts yelling at us in a condescending way as if we were stupid. I kept quiet to let her finish and then she tells "YOU UNDERSTAND". No because you didn't shut your mouth long enough for us to explain our question and get clarification. Yelling at us in front of customers and employees. Needless to say I was appalled. Because if this horrible encounter. I'll be returning ALL merchandise I have purchased this month. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE NOR WILL I EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. MY FAMILY HAS AGREED TO NEVER SHOP THERE AS WELL. BEST BELIEVE ILL BE SPREADING THE WORD REMEMBER customers keep your a** in business n the more you loose to poor service the more you loose in revenue n during this pandemic I don't think too many buisness' can afford that.

I was very disappointed when I was asked to leave since I was wearing a face shield due to medical purposes. I don't have a problem with you implementing certain procedures due to State mandates. But wearing a face shield is better than me not wearing nothing.. But it is not right when it becomes a peeing contest on why I should be able to wear a mask for a short time when she had illnesses that she had to wear them for 10 hours. Rude employees, and careless. The people in front of us took 27 minutes and they were kind to them and folded every piece of clothing but when it was our turn they were rude and carelessly threw the clothes into the bag and their attitude was disrespectful. I was uncomfortable and don't want to go. he was a man with blond highlights in his hair. Me and my friends are never going back and telling all of my friends to never go there.

worker with curly hair and glasses is absolutely awful. there’s complaints on here about her from 10 months ago. why is she still employed?? if a worker is reading this i hope something is done. her actions are far from the excuse of having a bad day, she has been more than rude. drives lots of customers away
