Sharron is probably the nicest storage center clerk I have ever met. Not only did she get me a better price on the space I needed for my boat, but she was so polite during the whole process. I recommend this place, if for nothing else, than the exceptional customer service.

They just raised my rent by $100 on my unit without any explanation as to why. They have people move in on discount rates and then they raise the rent every month after that. Now I have to pay almost $400 for one unit when I originally signed up it was a little over $200. Very ridiculous. Not reasonable at all. Will never use them again. Then they get Ms Sharron to try to get good reviews for the place knowing everything behind the scenes is shity. They show you one unit and give you a price and then put you in a smaller unit. They have horrible closing times. Then it takes almost 20 minutes to get out of the gate if you stay even a minute over 6 pm. Just all around bad experience.

Sharron was very helpful, facilities were clean and easily accessible. The dolly carts by the doors are life savers too.

Once again (2nd time renter) a great experience with this location and Sharon. Simple and easy experience. When I accidentally turned off my auto pay a few months ago they called to check in with me. And when a rent increase was coming I received an email about it over a month in advance. Nice to be notified in advance. Overall a great experience and I will be back again next time I need storage space in the area. Thank you Sharon and staff!

Sharron was great, personable and professional. I really like her.
However, the hours are just about worthless. They're open 6 am to 6 pm and 6am to 5 pm on the weekends. So if you work grave yards this is the place for you. If you work any other shift it's not. I'm here now as I needed a quick spot for things while transitioning but it's only temporary. If this were a long term thing, I would most certainly go to any other location. Most of them stay open until 9 pm... so they're useful.
