Puget Creek Natural Area is a beautiful and quiet park with nice walking paths and an established trail. It has a great playground for children of all ages, with a play area at the upper trail head. The park provides picnic tables, mostly shaded, for lunch. It is dog-friendly and features a large fenced off-leash area. There are no toilets or bathrooms. The area is well-kept with a nice tree canopy and a stream, though occasional bad smells are noted in a couple of spots.
Hidden gem!!! (Although I’m sure a lot of Tacoma residents have been here already). Perfect length and has a lot of beautiful scenery. Barely any trash or bugs, and very quiet. Would recommend!

Nice little hiking trail. Wish it was just a little bit longer but a really nice well kept up trail. And really beautiful scenery.

My favorite nature trail for a good workout and classic peaceful Washington people in one of our most beautiful historical districts. Did you know the bridge there was built in 1932? 😉
