Got a faucet few years back for the restaurant, upsetting that it needed a part replacement so quick concerning it was $600, but! If I'm not mistaken his name was Eric, one of the associates, knew exactly what he was doing and helped me find part i needed. Happy i only had to spend $10 and we back in business!
