Mrs. Edelweiss was extremely helpful and kind. Very Resourceful and welcoming! She helped us get set up and saved a good amount by showing us the best unit for our belongings. I highly recommend stopping by and using extra storage for all your storing needs.

Had issues with unit leaking and rodent damage. Access shut down due to structural issues etc. only good thing was new manager Bradley who was very helpful getting items that werent damaged moved to a new unit and allowing me time to go thru damaged items to determine if anything could be salvaged.

I have stored a 5 x 8 unit full for almost 7 years there. Everything is in the same condition as when I put it in there. No pests. No water damage. No vandalism or theft. I would most definitely use them again. Friendly people behind the counter. Easy to use website. And easy access to my stuff with a rolling cart available to use. Convenient hours.

Billy was amazing and respectful, he shows that he cares about his customers as well as the company. I was given a tour of the place and how to use all the amenities. The unit itself was clean, had a good light source, and was spacious enough for my liking.
