Something to know about this location if you are picking up or dropping off a rental truck/trailer/storage pod - there's no office, it's largely automated. Call the phone number to find the location manager, or ask at the loading dock area on the taller building to the left side of the complex.”

“Lost my wallet in a sub truck that I turned into Tacoma Washington, before I realized I left my wallet in the truck I had turned the truck in. They said they looked for it but not sure how hard they looked because there are places in the truck my wallet could be so a very close inspection of the interior of the vehicle is required. I still haven't found my wallet so I'm 99% sure it's still in that truck.”

“I have rented trucks and trailers from here for years. They are always pretty fast at the counter and hook you up quickly.
The equipment is always in really good shape. I have a trailer right now from there and it has 4 new tires on it. I like the new LED lights on all of their trailers too.”

“My family got locked outside because the garage door could not open, in middle of the night. We had no choice but to find to rent a very tall ladder to reach 2nd floor, planning to break inside by window. Altho we were able to open the garage eventually without the ladder, I still appreciated for their costumer services - who made efforts to find ladders and keep the communication in between.”
