The two gentlemen that assisted me with my rental were knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions. That made the transaction smooth. I would rent from this location again as well as refer all of my friends.

Had a truck reserved here for two weeks. Today I got a text saying they won’t have one for me and I need to use a different location. Refused to honor their $50 reservation guarantee. Just a bait and switch. Choose Budget.

Horrible experience, paid almost $200 for a U-Haul from Seattle to Tacoma literally 34 miles. That’s insane. Never again renting this!

They exchanged the damaged van from another location. The customer service was top notch - working on figuring out a solution. Kind and understanding. Isiah was really helpful.

The truck breaks did not work well. As a woman who doesn’t drive trucks like this very often it was very intimidating and scary.
I was told that the truck was in good condition and that was not the case. I almost rear ended a few people, the brakes were grinding, and sometimes felt like they were seizing up. I would recommend U-Haul understanding that the people that are driving your trucks aren’t always experienced at driving these big trucks. A reliable truck should be something that you as a company always provide. Also when I picked up the truck , it took me over 45 minutes to go through the process to pick it up.
I will say overall my experience was not good. When I dropped off the truck, I will say the people that I dropped it off with were very understanding and apologetic about my experience.

Unparalleled customer service. After the UHaul app system messed up my reservation, requiring me to drive back across the state to return to where I picked it up, the employees here helped me navigate it and avoid having me be charged fees. This made a very frustrating process into an incredibly smooth one. Thank you!!!

Such a good experience! We had to get a uhaul on Thanksgiving and they were accommodating and friendly! Helped us make sure we would have enough time/miles to do the move. Much appreciated!
They were also friendly a few days later when we showed up needing another truck so we could get everything that hadn't fit in the first one lol. They made our move so much smoother.

This place was the spot even though, over-all I was very frustrated with my uhaul experience. I made my original reservation at the Mclendons on Pearl a 15 foot truck for 24 hours pick up at 11am. The people moving me are night owls. The day before the move I get a notification that my reservation has been canceled and moved to one on 6th Ave to be picked up at 9am...that didn't work for us because as I said, I'm being moved by night owls who don't Crack open their eye balls until 10am. I call the 6th Ave store and the woman who answered was rude from the word hello. I try to keep the tone friendly because I am already stressed, every time I ask a question, she loudly sighed and would answer my question like I'm an idiot. She tells me to be here at 9 or I'll lose my reservation "and good luck finding another truck at such short night" I tell her that it is unnecessary for her to be so rude. She hangs up on me. I call the 800 number to square things away, and they find me a 10am truck rental, {5but somehow I'm not eligible for the extra ț $50 credit which annoys me but I got a truck so that's a problem for another day.)
OH and rude 6th Ave woman and banned me from renting from her store for forever.
Not happy with uhaul as a whole but this location is 5 stars

Have the vans clean when people are coming to get them. Other wise the people that worked there went above and beyond to help me with my rental and were very friendly.
