I came in needing help tracking a package, but the employee at the counter couldn’t access the computer to assist me. She also wasn’t able to find a supervisor or anyone else who could help. It was frustrating to leave without answers, especially when I expected basic support for a tracking issue. USPS really needs to make sure their staff has the tools and support they need to assist customers.

The worst customer service ever!!!! I came at 16:15 and saw someone inside, glad they were still open. When I approached the door it was locked and when I looked into the window to see if the person was still there, they vanished! I called, I waited and even the other people came, but like me were left outside. Unbelievable we have people working here who don’t even follow their own damn rules! Do better cause this is embarrassing! If you close at 16:30, don’t lock your doors early!

I hate this place. They’re slow, unhelpful and disorganized. The biggest problem is the carrier for my area. The main carrier literally makes up LIES about not being able to deliver ANY packages to my house and the supervisor does nothing about it and believes them. I’ve complained to them directly many times and nothing has changed. They’ve recently have said they’re holding packages at my authorization when I’ve NEVER said I want that. I’ve gotten so many pink slips to pick my stuff up myself it’s put delays on my business. Awful location and an abysmal carrier for my area. Get your crap together.

I have called 8 times and to all of the extensions to see WHY they have been holding my mail and if they even have it- every extension doesn’t answer neither does the operator

They lose mail/packages all the time. Won't answer thier phone. Aren't helpful. They obvioulsy take no pride in thier service because the same complaints been going on forever and they wont improve. Facilities like this is why I support the dismantling of the postal system. Let the other carriers take over this role and put these lazy waste of air workers out of work. At least private curriers hold employees accountable. Thier supervisors should be fired and replaced by someone who cares.

Horrible customer service. I received a notification that my package was delivered and never saw it. I tried calling multiple times to see where it was at, and no one ever picks up the phone.

Tracking says notice left because no secure place to deliver. In reality, there was no notice and my porch is plenty secure. There was no attempt made!

Horrible horrible. Never answer phone at either number. No decent information is ever provided by anyone or anything. And every mail carrier we've had is very lacking in time management or any type consistentcy in delivery. Figure that's your first concern along with customer service is punctuality. Especially as a postal worker. Figure you would save side conversations with people when your not on the clock doing your job. Not this place tho. ?

Never received notice that they were holding my medical supplies at post office, I had to call performance home medical and they advised package held at post office per customer request, package supposedly tried to deliver on 5/10 it is now 5/21 and still no notification that they are holding my medical supplies. I have never requested that they hold any packages for me.

Didn’t deliver my mail after hold expired. I went to pick it up myself. The sign says they open at 9am. At 9:15 I gave up. I tried calling the phone # multiple times. No answer or any way to leave a message. Sent a request for an investigation a week ago. No resolution.

So the postman said that he was almost hit by a car on both ways to our house off of Yakima so they just decided to stop delivering our mail and didn't let us know that the mail was at the post office they put a little paper in there weeks after it was there they don't deliver our mail they don't deliver our packages they said they're putting in these City post boxes and they haven't even been put up yet we never gotten notice about it and every time I try to call to talk to somebody they don't answer the phone and when you finally do get through to somebody they're really rude but they never answer the phone I'll sit on the phone for hours trying to get an answer back they stopped delivering our mail stop delivering our package and I put in a request with the postal office General too I'll complaint with him because this is ridiculous a postman cannot be almost hit two times on the Main Street and Ally Way they just are lazy and don't want to do their jobs

I have never been in. I recently found my medicine was delivered here instead of my home . Not good at all !!! It has my address on it so deliver it to me!! I don't have time to be running around and then stand in a line to pick medicine!! It's to go to my home !!Lazy carrier or what !? Never had this happen before. I am sooo mad !!!

Bekka and the other gentleman at the front desk (Rafael I believe) are extremely helpful! It took multiple attempts, but they didn’t give up and worked together to find a piece of mail that had been redirected somehow. Great customer service!
