The staff is fantastic! The place is always clean and nothing ever seems shady or out of place. I give this place 5 stars for the seamless and simple process of getting all of your storage needs taken care of with a smile. Plus, they have a couple nicely kept vans from U-Haul available to rent. So far, I am very pleased with my experience with West Coast Self-Storage. The startup process was simple and easy. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Chris. The facility is secure and clean, but parking can be a little cramped. I plan on keeping my unit long-term so I hope there aren't any price increases!
