The office staff is very friendly, helpful, professional, and kind, always quick to answer questions. The maintenance staff is super fast and patient with repairs, and the grounds are beautifully managed. The apartments have huge, dream closets with built-in shelves and rods. Parking can always be found on property. Some downsides include the hill being a hassle in winter and a location with a large amount of homeless people and rundown cars outside the property by the nearby bank and gas station. The garbage area is maintained, though issues with trash are from resident actions. Overall, it is a very quiet and easy place to live.
