The apartments are modern, and the location is convenient for getting around. Overall, it feels like a place where the management genuinely cares about the residents. “My partner and I lived there for a little over two years. It was a quiet and peaceful place. We never have any major issues there, and all maintenance problems (there was fairly little) were done in a quick manner. I could talk for hours and hours about how great the maintenance man is there! He became a friend of ours very quickly and we still think about him weekly! The property manager is all pretty cool. We would definitely move back there if a bigger apartment opened up. Many thanks!”

Nice quiet apartment complex, very well maintained, trash never overflows, mailboxes doesn’t have junk mail everywhere, no issues with parking. Maintenance and front office responds in a timely manner. 10/10 for me!☺”
“I’m planning to move at the start of February on short notice due to unexpected circumstances, and this is the property I’ve decided on largely due to the professionalism and support I experienced from staff like Jacob.
From the moment I arrived, he was informative, detailed, and truly focused on helping me find a well fit home/price for my family. This gave a great impression of staff even if I’d change small things about the complex itself.
The tour was thorough and clear without it feeling rushed or sales-driven. He took the time to answer my nit-picky questions and explain details in a way that made the process feel warm and well-versed.

“I wholeheartedly recommend renting an apartment at Madison 25.
Aside from being in a neighborhood with great vibes, the building’s Office and Maintenance Staffs are the best of the best.
I recently experienced a challenging bathroom tub problem and, despite delays of materials and the no-shows of Vendors workers, the Office and Maintenance Personnel at Madison 25 showed concern and kindness from start to finish.
It would be hard to find a better place to live in the Tacoma area.”
