For the love of god, Whatever you do, don’t get their home sensors or security system. The sensors won’t work half the time and you’ll be constantly replacing them. Luckily I’ve gotten new sensors for free but at the rate you’ll be replacing them. It’s unbelievable how much of a headache it is. Truly a trash service

Had their " service" for 3 years. After first year I noticed my bill went up $60, from 75 to 135. Called and they said lowest offer was 80. I decided to switch to tmobile for 50.They then claimed if I kept their internet services and went to their mobile service I would it would save me 20 from combined 100 to 80 for both. My bill was never 80 was always more than 100. Then I'm the 3rd year I checked my banking app and with auto pay my phone bill alone was 90 sometimes 120+ and 90 for internet. Called they always said they would fix it, lower my bill to 60 for both,never happened. FOR A WHOLE YEAR! Save yourself the headache and make sure you check what they're charging you with auto pay. I will report them to bbb after writing this review

Amber needs better training.
Not fit a job.
She is very rude and has bad attitude.
That's reason why I canceled service.

I asked simple question, but Amber. she started with don’t care attitude. seems like she did not wanted to work at this place. after I started to getting little mad she than changed try to be helpful. Please go home if you are having a bad. and If store manager see this comments she really need to check her attitude.

I called Xfinity 7 times !! And that BOT will not connect you to an agent or wants you to set up a Tech visit. Dear CEO since you don't work how about giving your employees who did help me at the store and then Jay at the tech side your weekly pay to them. The BOT tells you to go online. How would that have helped when the modem is dead? How about taking some of your weekly pay and pay your employees. I drove to the store and I installed the modem myself. I did not need a tech visit. Ridiculous. My dog could be a BOT and do more than the one you have. Arf Arf. They had to listen to me swearing at that BOT.

Comcast is horrible. I called the 800 # to add 2.4 gHz and she knocked everything off the network, causing like 4 hours of extra work to reconnect. So frustrating!

I wanted to give a shout out to Sam. They were very helpful during my shopping experience from beginning to end. They helped me figure out which route to take in terms of purchasing a new phone and assisted me by sorting through accessories until I found the perfect fit for my phone- LITERALLY! Sam’s patience put me at ease. I’m very grateful to have met Sam and appreciate their amazing service. Due to how great of an experience I had I will definitely be back! Very much much appreciated. I almost canceled my service with Xfinity after several years of being a customer because of how absolutely dismissive and cold the sales staff has been on the Steele street store. Donavan should not be in sales at all for someone so devoid of empathy, all he did was tell me that he could not except cash after the 75 minute wait I had, the last bus left I still had no phone and he would not even let me use the store or his phone to call a taxi.. I walked home with a broken knee until I found an officer to call a tax for me, all Donavan had to do was let me use his phone...
