“I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”

“This store will help you meet your automotive needs, the staff is top notch and when I ended up with the wrong caliper for my Dodge Journey SXT, they replaced it with the right one with no hassle and of course they still gave me the discount and made sure that I got out the door with what I needed to finish the front breaks. In a couple of weeks it’s the back driver side caliper and I can assure you that I will be going to these guys( shout out to Ms. Ivory, Michael, and my dude Giovani* hope I spelled that right?) Anyway, great O’Reilly great staff they won’t disappoint.”

“I have visited this store a couple times and the service is always great but today they went above and beyond and I wasn’t even buying anything. My car died in the intersection across the street from Oriellys. They noticed and sent 2 guys over with a portable jumper. My car started and immediately died again. One guy stayed and directed traffic in the rain because my hazards wouldn’t even flash. The other guy went and grabbed 2 guys from Grease Monkey and they came back and pushed me to safety in pouring down rain. I couldn’t be more thankful! It If I ever need anything for my car I will always go to Oriellys!”

“Big kudos to Nathan, who went above and beyond helping me out when my car blew the oil fill cap and spewed oil all over the engine compartment. I was head home by myself, and I still had over an hour to go. After he gathered all the supplies I needed, he then took them out to my car and added the oil, put on the new cap, & helped me wipe up the oil. He also suggested that I pull over after 20 miles and recheck the oil level. Thank you so much Nathan for your calm demeanor and help in what was a very stressful situation for me.”

“I hate writing reviews. Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!”

“I've gone to this oreillys for years. It's my favorite auto parts store. Today Zach was a prime example of the awesomeness of this place (it's the people that make it awesome). I'm not a car person but I maintain my car with youtube so I don't really know the parts I need. Zach does!!! He was my saving grace today. If you have car problems I'd highly recommend going to oreillys. They have excellent selection and knowledgeable team members. 5 stars for sure ?”
“The people here have always had amazing service and I absolutely adore O'Riley's Auto parts. This is a fantastic establishment that has everything that you need or they can point you in the right direction to get what you need.
During my last visit I had a broken hood that would not be able to open and Nathan the super awesome guy that was working helped me not only fixed the latch so that way I could use my hood but he also helped me figure out that I was running low on oil. He helped me make sure that all my liquids were topped off and he checked my car to make sure everything else was going good.
So shout out to Nathan for being the super awesome dude that he is and for showing amazing customer service and going beyond the call of duty to help me fix my issue.
I would highly recommend and definitely people to come to this location to get the top five star care and help that they need.”

“Just had a rather old Cruising Electric marine alternator rebuilt here and they did an excellent job for a very reasonable price (far less than a replacement would have cost). It needed brushes, a diode, new bearings, a bit of bead blasting and of course to be fully tested. Todd did the work and clearly knows this tech. Google driving directions were a bit wrong so just look for the little business park next to Boeing Field when you get close. You can ship to them if you don't live in Seattle.”
