“I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”

“This location was so helpful! I needed a windshield wiper, some brake lights, cleaning materials and filters. As soon as I came in I was greeted and they asked to help me locate the items. I was paying at the register in less than 5 minutes. Not only that, but they let me change my break light in the parking lot and let me use one of their tools to do it. 10/10 Service!”

“Good place to get car batteries at a good price. Guy that was working there was professional and did a spray change out of my old battery. Even rewired and auxiliary light cable that became brittle and snapped as he was changing it out. Good deal, good service.”
“Bought a 96R from Deka here, unfortunately it wasn't a good battery. The guy who works here went out of his way trying to rescue it and after determining the same thing I did, he looked up my last name, saw it was bought by me at his store and honored the warranty without having a receipt. With service this great and honesty and effort doing the right thing I would highly recommend this place, gives good deals when the auto parts stores rip you off to kingdom come on batteries anymore and give people all kinds of excuses and don't honor warranties or try to charge batteries if the slightest inconvenience happens. I've been to the Federal Way store too and would say to people living there to come to this one instead, it's like a night and day difference with ethics and integrity and thank the dude again who works here for being straight up and hope Deka covers for their mistake, I'm from Pennsylvania and know a guy who worked there for years and from what he told me although their products are great and affordable there's a lot of monkey business going on in the plant stemming from DEI where much of the hard work is unfairly put onto the shoulders of the straight white guy and then everyone else's mistakes blamed on him too and this type of stress can understandably cause problems in a workplace. Thanks will be buying more batteries here long as I'm living in Washington and so should anyone else.”
