“Shane was my service advisor, he explained thoroughly what they were going to do and what was involved with my car, he said the parts might take a week longer to bring in but they we're able to expedite it and had my car done sooner. He kept me in the loop daily until it was ready for pickup. Overall the experience was great and would recommend them to friends and family, and hopefully this is the only time I visit them.”
“Great work by Lynx and the Vital Energy Motosports team. I had a car shipped in from Texas and it showed up with a few small pecks and scratches in the paint that were not in the sales pics. Fortunately the shippers insurance picked up the tab and Lynx took care of the rest. Fast turnaround to fix the issue with perfect color match and a fresh polish on the car! “I can't recommend this service enough, they repaired a deep scratch on my passenger side door from a parking lot pillar. I tried to get a range of estimates before choosing a business; my only regret was not going with this one first (they did get back to me first, after all). I was able to pick my car up the morning after dropping it off, which was faster than I expected. There was also a shallow scratch on the side mirror they fixed that I hadn't included in the initial photo, which I appreciated. The work looks great - like it never happened! Ricky is knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. I sent some additional pictures for diagnosis after I first reached out, and he let me know that he'd be able to repair it for significantly less than the original estimate. He's an honest dude and really did me a favor, so the least I can do is leave him a good review. Thanks, Ricky!”

I literally got a call almost daily giving me updates. The job was finished a couple days earlier that the estimate said and the work was impeccable. They even took care of a couple little things that they didn't need to. I can't recommend this company enough! I personally will never use any other body shop other than Sonic.”

We drove 2 hours to get the service done with plans of waiting until the service was complete. They offered us a great lounge area to use while the work was being performed if we wanted. I was in an accident and using insurance to pay for my car repairs (Subaru Crosstrek) and just got my car back looking brand new and running just as I remember pre-accident! Believe me when I say this car came back to be a whole different vehicle lol, the interior was caked in mold in every crevice you can imagine including all of the seat belts u0026 between the seats ? the beige leather seats u0026 dash were so grimy it looked horrendous ? so when this car came back to me it looked brighter u0026 brand new on the inside!! ???
