Carpets near Tukwila, WA

“We initially went to a big box home center. They were good enough to work with but their lead time for the carpet and additional lead time for the installation would have put us out like another month. The guys that Decor Carpet One fit us in for measuring on the same day, then got the carpet ordered and received very quickly. The installers came the next business day after the carpet arrived. Much quicker and we really needed that extra attention for our tight schedule. The installers were very professional and detailel oriented. The carpet looks splendid. 10 / 10 would use again.”

“Super knowledgeable about the product. These guys know more than I thought there was to know about carpet. Super helpful when trying to determine what is going to be best for our usage, durability, style, etc. I felt like we were in great hands from a customer service standpoint. We took home some samples and I think we've picked a winner. Going to call them tomorrow and schedule a service appointment. BTW, they have a huge warehouse of carpet remnants too. You should really drive down and check them out. If he's around, ask for Mike V., he's the GM.”

“I am super satisfied with Dallas flooring. From sales to operations to post install, they were extremely professional. Laura, Amy and Dallas are all great to work with. When there was one thing I didn’t love due to a miscommunication with installer, their owner came and assessed the situation himself and had it all redone - they went above and beyond. I am extremely impressed with the quality and it’s a relief to find a vendor who cares about a high craft standard and who are also genuinely nice and reasonable towards their customers.”

“I picked up product at will call this morning and was really happy with the experience. Caleb was efficient, safe, polite, and used great common sense with a really weird sized pallet. While I’m at it, my whole experience at CFM has been favorable. From Cabinet design by Kerri, to flooring, countertops, and shower walls with Robin. It is so refreshing to work with people who know their trade, are positive, and helpful from the time you walk in the door, to the time you strap down your load. Thanks team!!”

“All around a very good experience. After checking Home Depot and Lowes, we walked into Carpet King in Seattle. Not only did we get help there immediately, we also got a very favorable price quote immediately (we came with our own measurements). And to top it all off, Carpet King was available for installs within days! At Home Depot or Lowes, you first have to find someone to help you, then they tell you that someone has to come out to take measurements and those appointments were weeks out. Obviously, the installation would have been out even further. And prices were not as low as King's. We also checked dedicated carpet stores, but they were in general quite pricy. The actual removal of old and installation of new carpet in two rooms and a small hallway plus closets was done on time, professionally and very fast (less than 3 hours). I am all in all very happy to have chosen Capet King. I recommend checking them out.”

“I have not used them for interiors but will definitely in the future. After a busy day with the kids I left my purse at five guys. One of their guys ran out to bring me my purse as I was driving off. You can tell they are hard working and honest crew.”

“Sarah Doohan is amazing and took care of us from start to finish. Absolute best service you could hope for. Zero sales pressure. Instead she consistently focused on solving our problems -- helping us understand our carpet wants/needs. *She stuck with us and our waffling for over 11 months!* until we finally pulled the trigger on fully replacing our carpet. Helped us figure out logistics to the very end.

The extra thick padding is nice. I've fallen asleep on the new carpet three times now in different locations. My entire second floor has become a nap trap.”
