“I had a very positive experience at this store. I was in need of a suit on short notice, and had no idea how to dress myself appropriately which led to me haphazardly picking out separate suit pieces of from different brands. It wasn't until a gentlemen at the register noticed, explained why it would be problematic if I were to continue with this purchase. They proceeded to walk me through the store, and picked out different brands and fits for me to try. After about 30 - 45 minutes, the end result was a significant improvement over what I had initially chosen.

This was in stark contrast to Men's Warehouse down the road where they simply handed me a suit to try, and walked away after gesturing the general direction of the fitting room. I had hoped for a bit more interaction given that I was only 1 of 2 customers currently in the store. After stepping out of the fitting room, and feeling like the suit didn't particularly fit me -I was left standing there while the attendants were all idly chatting as if I didn't exist. I stood there hoping for some feedback on what could be improved; however, when it became clear they weren't going to intervene, I lost all motivation to continue with the purchase, and left soon after.

I expected more from Men's Warehouse, but got much less for a higher price tag. I expected less from K&G Fashion, yet got so much more in value in both product and cost; I walked away with a slightly tailored jacket, shirt, and pant that worked well with my body type for less than $250. I will definitely make this a more permanent consideration for future clothing concerns if for no other reason than to support the business.

We came in a little before the store was closing. it was busy but she was attentive to our needs and went out of her way to find the dress in the window my 14 year old’s size! We left with shoes dress and she is ready for her 8th graduation. My daughter (also named Emma) loves her new dress! Thank you Windsor! Store was clean and rest of the staff were polite as well.”

Victor didn’t just help me find clothes—he helped me find purpose. Okay maybe not purpose, but definitely the right size and a whole other store that had a sold-out collector’s item I was hunting for like it was a rare Pokémon.

He didn’t even work for that store. I don’t know if he’s on payroll or a side quest NPC, but either way—he crushed it.

“Came in shopping for my son. For at least the last decade this company no matter what mall you went to, the employees just seemed dead inside and lacked customer service.

When we walked in this past weekend we were happily greeted by several employees and there was a guy there who asked my son’s name and asked what we were looking for. They were overjoyed and happy to help and made the experience so much better

“My wife went today to buy some stuffs, she forgot to take one of the bags,the cashier (abas) did and amazing and responsible job;he took the bag and placed it on the back counter and told to at least 4 people that the bag was going to be there in case the customer (my wife) comes back for it;but no one paid attention to him and the stuffs were put back in stock (that I consider a robery because those things had been already paid in full), My family returned home and they noticed that a whole bunch of items were not in the bags,some very expensive items weren't in the bags,then we went back to the store and tried to explain to a supervisor (an Asian lady) she look pissed off and willing less to help us, Suddenly,we had in front of us to this young girl and in perfect Spanish:"hola,puedo ayudar? Trabajo aquí!" The "supervisor" didn't seem to cooperate with us and for a moment acted a little rude to "JO",the young girl who came to help us. But "she" saw that we teamed up and then she calmed down and said:"you know what,just go ahead and credit her" but our new friend JO offered my wife go around and see if they could find the stuff that had been purchased,forgotten and wrongly put back in stock. Finally,we found some of the items and repurchased them and the supervisor didn't have more option than credit my wife,now I'm worried about JO,hopefully this won't turn against to her, JO,if you're reading this;Thank you very much for your help,may God bless you!”
