“We had such a great experience with pretty much the whole team at Moe's at Southcenter! We started by shopping for a sofa bed and Rachelle helped us with a beautiful Luonto. It's a queen and guests have raved of its comfort!
We returned to add some pieces to our living room. Keri provided so many great suggestions + showed natural enthusiasm throughout! We appreciated the way she used our floorplan to help show us different options to scale. Now, having added a Fjord reclining chair (our friends covet), several complementary tables, a one-of-a-kind lamp, and the perfect area rug to tie it all together, we adore our living room! Along the way, Steve and Tye were involved as well, whether it was answering our questions when we called or carefully packing our merchandise.
We felt very well taken care of and we highly recommend Moe's at Southcenter for quality furnishings and decor!”

There are so many options for kitchen ceiling lights, and Shawna really helped us out. She explained the differences between LED lights and guided us through each option in detail. Our last Dania sofa is going on 10 years old with big ol dogs allowed up on the couch, my heavy a** sitting/sleeping on it at times, and seriously, thing looks like 6 months old. Can't say enough good things.Prices on mid-high end furniture are always kinda hit or miss, but for what you get, I've stuck pretty much exclusively with Dania and Kasala with the tie breaker 100% being design/comfort on various pieces. And fwiw, Dania is 90% of that stuff.”
“FANTASTIC store! SO I ordered a sectional and an ottoman from this particular store back in 2019. The set has held up so well, we are a large family with kids off and on the couch it has held up nicely! They accidentally sent a matching ottoman when we ordered a camel colored leather one to go with our grey fabric couch, delivery guys were amazing, they took the ottoman back realizing the mistake, they were going to deliver the correct one another day BUT we were going to be near the warehouse the next day, we decided to pick it up ourselves so we didn't have to wait, they opened the box to make sure it was the correct ottoman and that it was in perfect condition then loaded it in our SUV. We are so happy with this place, I remember the customer service was above and beyond, they worked together in the store, we always felt taken care of, we plan to order quite a few pieces over the next couple of months as we are ready to change up a few things in our home.”

“Stopped by Mattress Firm in Tukwila one evening to get a feel for my next mattress. Was politely greeted by the store manager Navid. I focused on a couple of mattresses while asking several questions which Navid provided a full response with some very key points with pros and cons to making purchase of a brand new mattress or one that was returned to the Outlet which ultimately assured me well enough where I was able to confidently select my 1st ever mattress from Mattress Firm. Definitely glad I went there. I received updates/notifications to my order as to delivery and also received call from the delivery guys (White Wolf) when they were about 5-10 minutes out. When they arrived they they explained there plan/intentions and I showed them the mattress they would be removing and they quickly went to work which probably took about 10 mins. Very professional and nice guys. I now have new mattress which I'm looking forward to my new way of sleeping. Thanks again everyone, for the great overall experience.”
