“I haven’t been to Westfield mall since 2015. My family and I used to go a lot but, over the years the atmosphere at the mall changed drastically… meaning crime, shootings, robberies, so we stopped going there. There was place we used to take our watches to when the batteries needed to be replaced. Fast Fix Jewelry has been there for long time and I love the people there. I’m glad to see they are still there. That was the only reason why I went to the mall. Great service”

“Let me start by saying ... THE BEST Service I've EVER RECEIVED! Do I recommend this place? Heck YES!! This is my second time here! So the first time I also received really good service. I got sent here by another shop that I sent too in the same mall. My Rolex had stopped working and I was just totally freaked out. I couldn't think ... I just googled got a place that I could drop my watch off at that wouldn't rip me off. Well my first stop was Fast Fix in south center mall. Well that guy ... held on to my watch for 3 days . after me calling every day about an update .. he tilt me to come pick it up. He actually scratched the back trying to open it! Then he told me to come here. So I admit ... I was really upset about the scratch and that he basically did Nothing. So when I came here ... I was a bit nervous but as I walked in, I was treated by 2 wonderful ladies and I told them where I came from and they took all my info and started the process. They said that they would call me when the watch guy comes in and let me know what's happening. They clearly did do that!! Anyways the first time they replaced a gasket. Very professional & fast. Great Communication and awesome staff!! Oh and the price was fair.Now fast forward a year or so ... I originally bought my Rolex in Las Vegas, so with that being said ... since I had an upcoming trip to Vegas, I thought I'd take my watch in when I get there so I did. After a day they said that I should do an overhaul that's going to cost $600. I went to pick it up and told them I would think about it. It would take 2-3 weeks and they would ship it back to me. At the same time I thought ... if I needed to do an overhaul, this place would've told me the last time I brought it to them. So I dropped my watch off on Sunday and gif a call on Tuesday that my watch is ready and that it only had to be oiled. They didn't even charge me!! Now talk about GREAT SERVICE!! I will ALWAYS be back!! This is my new place!! If you have a Rolex.... YOU NEED it to be serviced HERE!! I found my place and I hope you find it to be your place as well!!”
“My daughter decided she was ready to get her ears pierced and my first phone call was to claire's. We didn't need an appointment so we went later that evening. There was another family ahead of us when we arrived but by the time she picked out her earrings and I filled out the paperwork our wait time was maybe 5 minutes. The girls that worked there were all really nice and friendly. They were able to pierce both my daughters ears at the same time which was nice. She ended up choosing stitch earrings everything out the door was around 70 dollars. They turned out really cute and we are both really happy with the whole experience.”

I feel like people need to have more patient and have more understanding for these girls and anyone in the customer service. They get busy and they have rules to follow so have a bit more respect and patience”
