They were very honest with me in terms of what needed to be done and even created a chart to list everything that would need maintenance right away, soon and not for awhile. Definitely recommend!”
“The customer service and lounge are enough for a 5 star review. Not only do they have coffee but they have tea, water and snack. Plenty of seating and tables. Wifi and charging stations available at each table. They even have loaner cords available. I will definitely be coming back here since I have to wait while my car is being serviced.”
“Hey, Yall So I went for an oil change today at this location and they did an amazing job and I also had an issue with my tires and they balanced them out all 4 with no extra charge ! This is by far the best Crew ? Thank you Giovanni as well for your honesty on my filters I only needed to change 1 out he didn't try to upsell me on the other filter which I liked honestly is number 1 for me ! Especially being a woman some people can take advantage but not at this JIFFY LUBE they are AMAZING I recommend this LOCATION ONLY . “Brett saved me! I purchased a used car a few hours away from where I live and as I was heading home it immediately started misfiring. With the CE flashing and in a panic I drove to the closest shop I could find. Brett spent over an hour troubleshooting in the very hot sun and corrected the problem so my kids and I could safely get home to Kitsap. Thank you so much Brett for your kindness and hard work. “I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube location several times, and I’ve always had a great experience with the entire team. They consistently do a great job and are always friendly, professional, and helpful.
Most recently, my car started smoking and even though it wasn’t something they were able to repair, they still went out of their way to help me find a place that could fix it and helped me figure out how to get my car there safely. I really appreciated that they took the time to help me even when it was outside of the services they provide.

“Pulled in here frantically after leaving work one evening when my car alerted me to low oil pressure and kept flashing the “pull over in a safe area” notification. The three young men working were so kind and patient and found a big punctured oil leak issue, advised me not to drive the hour home on it, helped push my car to a safe location to get it towed, and didn’t charge me anything for their time, services, and the oil they poured into my car. I so appreciated their help and kindness in what was a very stressful situation for me.”

“Bottomed out my Subaru and it smacked the V-band clamp right off my turbo. The dealership quoted me $600 and, of course, “found” a bunch of other things I needed to fix.
A friend told me to skip all that and go to Bucky’s — said they’re the best, just walk in, find a tech, and they’ll take care of you. I talked to Shane and was bracing myself for a big number. Asked him what he thought it would run. He looked at me and said, “For something this easy? Nothing.”
I tried to hand him $50. He wouldn’t take it — told me to leave a five-star review instead. So here it is.
They had me in and out the same day. I’ll be sending everyone I know to Bucky’s for exhaust, brakes, maintenance, anything. Thanks, Shane and the whole Bucky’s crew.”

“This is a very honest shop. I take my cars here for exhaust services. Today, I took my lower control arms to get the crappy factory bushings pressed out (I'm replacing them with black poly bushings, they make your car handle really nice). They told me that the work didn't even take them that long and refused to take my money. This type of thing is very unheard of. I'm literally speechless.”
