“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. “I brought my 2007 mazda 3 in after having issues with another mechanic who kept replacing my master cylinder 4 times, but never took the time to really test it. I took my car to South Park Tire Factory to look into it they replaced the master cylinder and the booster, but after recieving it, I had dragging issues again with the break. Since they are so busy, it took a week before I could get it back in to them. I asked them for this 2nd time aroud to please go through every part, and to drive it all day if they had to, and they took my request seriously, and did exactly just that. One of their mechanics went piece by piece discovered the issue was the pipe fitting of the master cylinder. They are always kind and easy to talk to, and even gave me a ride back to my place after dealing with my car overheating a different time. I knocked off a star becuase it takes a week before I can get it into the shop, and then it takes another week to have it fixed. I would have thought that after I brought it in the 2nd time for the same issue, they could have made it more of a priority due to my frustration of not being able to figure out the issue the first time, and having issues with a different mechanic. This will definitely be my go to my place from now on!”

“They’re above and beyond all other mechanics in Seattle area not just in kent or Renton. I moved from NY to PNW in 2013 , had to try few different auto repair shops before finding them . I owned Lexus, Honda , Mitsubishi and Volkswagen cars/SUVs over last 10 year period and they have provided quality work on all of them . They’re not expensive and not cheap , they won’t rip you off . I’ll say they’re very reasonable and have solved all my car problems and take full responsibility of their work. Believe it or not they never asked me to write a review for them, I’m doing it cause I really appreciate an honest mechanic shop they run. Thank you ?”

“Took my 91 firebird down for a tuneup an a oil leak, they did a awsome job on the leak way more than i would of expected from most shops and even found the steering leak i didnt know i had. and as for the tune up didnt even need one just a few plugs not gapped correctly. even looked like they cleaned all the leakage i had off from the bad oil seal. will definitly be back for some of the other work i need done on this carService: General repairs & maintenance”

I would bring my cars here.?”
“I hope this is the Tukwila Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change and things couldn't go more smooth. In and out in 30 minutes! Larry was awesome, checked me in and let me know what I needed up front. Jacob was the technician on my vehicle, checked in on me a couple times and even offered to vacuum some excess dirt inside the car at no cost. Definitely recommend it here.”
