“I had always heard negative comments about buying former rental cars, but I’m so glad I didn’t listen to them. My experience with Dollar Car Sales was absolutely outstanding.
Gary was the first to help me, he was honest, transparent, and patient throughout the process. Even though the first car I wanted was sold, he went above and find me another one that wasn’t listed yet. It turned out to be in the same or even better condition, with lower mileage, and at the same price. He never pressured me into buying, and always made it clear that the decision was mine.
Once I decided on the car, Jeff took care of the paperwork quickly. We were able to drive the car home only about 20 minutes after payment. Jeff also listened carefully to our concerns about the tires and fluids, he replaced the oil, topped off the AC fluid, and even offered to change all four tires for brand new ones, which he did in a week.
When the rims were accidentally scratched during the tire replacement, Jeff didn’t hesitate to make it right. Not only did he offer to repaint the rims, but he also took care of a scratch on the bumper that I had caused myself, completely free of charge. That kind of customer service is rare.
A month later, my car still feels like new inside and out, and I couldn’t be happier.

“Before the pandemic, I always had a hard time finding a trusty mechanic. So over the years I've learned to work on my car myself and I learned alot. But due to my new location, I don't have space or time to work on my car anymore to keep it maintained. I had to do what was best and look for a shop locally to replace my cv axel. Mr. Matsuda is the only mechanic I currently trust after mt experience! He finished in 3 hours and also re filled my AC with a fair price! The before and after photos helped ensured me to understand what parts needed to be replaced and how they looked. I appreciate that alot, not only that but he found a source of a leak (which i didnt even tell him about). I couldn't find that leak on my own time and feel so grateful he actually found it!!
I'll be back, cause I have an older subaru and to keep that thing running takes a watchful eye, open ears and maintenance.

However the vehicle has had issues with shortin that drain the battery every night since I got it. The vehicle itself is great but the battery drains so fast, I hope the repairs will not be that expensive. Edit: The owner and shop mechanics will cover the labor costs and have been super helpful to solve the vehicles issues, will definitely recommend.”

“Had an inability to open my trunk after my battery died. Ive been working with Alyssa to help me to find a solution while I'm on a road trip to try to fix it. It appears that I will be needing to bring the vehicle in for service next Tuesday. Alyssa has been helpful and courteous. I will continue to provide additional review as this experience evolves. This is my first month of Maserati ownership. I live in Leavenworth, 2.5 hours away from this dealership so making this trip, in this car, at this time of the year is a bit daunting so we are all making sure we have everything lined up for a successful repair. It took us a lot of searching around to find one that isn't just going to sell us a lemon and/or sell us a car that is temporarily fixed until it lemons out again. So when we came to Priceless Auto Sales it has been such a relief. They were so transparent about the vehicle: gave us the Carfax for free and plugged the car reader in so we could check for any problems. When there were a couple minor issues we weren't so thrilled with, they offered to fix it. After speaking with them, you know they're not out here just scamming people. “Hands down and well deserved a five star used car selling company. If you've got a tight budget, they are amazing negotiators and really good people who get you down to something that works for you. They get you off the car lot happy, take care of the paperwork, and do really affordable repairs. They make sure everything is of the quality you need and really care about the people they sell to. I bought a car resold from the original buyers from the company to refinance a new car, they knew them and had an established positive relationship with them. They understood my financial situation and threw in extras for security. Hands down, without a doubt, a five star used car company. Those are rare but this is well deserved. They are safe, upfront about issues, don't try to screw you but talk you through what concerns there might be, buy the best cars in the used market and sell them at really reasonable prices with great staff and great management.
