“I have been a customer at this u.PS store. For a few years, now. I have always received good customer service to excellent customer service and today , I received excellent customer service period I had some emails that I needed printed out to turn in to the snohomish county courthouse for proof of service for court documents i thought that I had made enough time. To turn them in, then it got very confusing after speaking to some people in the courthouse.As far as how to go about doing it. And was told something different than I was told before. I was panicking and had less than an hour left to turn them in and Taryn, the store manager was there for the hand off and on it. She had me forward my emails to her store so that she could begin printing them out while I was driving there. I got them printed out and turned in, just under the wire but did it. I just wanted Taryn to know how appreciative I am for doing everything she could to help me in my time of need. I don't have time to leave reviews very often so if I do, it is because it was earned. Thank you!!!”
“The staff here are incredibly kind and friendly. Even though we spoke different languages, they patiently guided me through the process of downloading my documents and printing two copies. Despite having other appointments to attend to, they still took the time to help me. During one of the most difficult times in my life, their kindness and compassion brought me warmth and comfort. “This location went through a phase a year or two ago where staff were very unreliable. Allen (I believe is his name) and another employee (I didn't catch her name) are amazing! Seriously, I couldn't ask for better customer service. They remember everyone's name. Customer service is alive and well at this location.”
“This Mailbox Depot offers excellent service. I want to say the man running this facility goes above and beyond in helping you figure out how to get anything you need, sent the best way possible. He helped me get my tax information to my accountant ASAP, knew how FedEx works re:timing, and was extremely helpful. I totally recommend this service.”
“I was so happy with Evergreen Moving Systems (EMS) from the first meeting through the actual move! Bill Brown was excellent with his estimate after viewing all of our stuff! The day of the move went off without any issues, it was smooth and without stress! The crew worked efficiently and with care. The delivery went just a well, the crew was friendly (both pickup & delivery)! Moving is stressful, take the stress out by hiring Evergreen Moving Systems!”

“Being the only game in town, this place could treat customers like DIRT and get away with it. But they DON'T. 5-Star Staff; 5-Star Service; A true Asset to the local community. This place rules. Period.”
“Offers great products and services. Friendly helpful staff. Always busy with no parking available immediately outside. I just have to park out further and walk which is fine as long as I'm not carrying anything too heavy. Love their recycling program.”

“5/5 Great customer service from Store Manager Danielle. I had received an email with the shipping label and needed to have it printed. 5/5 Danielle was very helpful and walked me through the process. I'm very happy. The entire he process was effective, efficient and easy. 5/5 Check out was self serve as well, just scan the label and obtain your receipt. I'd recommend this location because of the store manager Danielle. Parking easy in and out. Clean inside. Greeted and thanked. Lots of supplies on hand. Great experience.”

“I often go to this Staples mainly for their shipping and printing services. I have also gotten passport photos done here and the staff is very friendly. At times it seems that they may be understaffed but nonetheless try to assist you as soon as possible.”
“USPS in Langley, WA I usually dread coming to the post office because lines are long, it takes forever and the workers aren't very nice but this USPS is not that at all. I've been here a few times and maybe I'm just lucky, but there has never been a line. There's one man in particular who is amazing. Carl has been nothing but awesome! Each time I've spoken to him he has been friendly and obviously having a wonderful day. I spoke to him my first visit here and I wasn't expecting him to be so helpful with trying to ship a box. (My prior experience at the Renton USPS left me hating the post office since I had my box all ready, and I bought a label, and it just needed to be taped on and the woman at the Renton USPS made me buy a roll of tape from her $4.) Not here, Carl helped me find the right box, pack and tape it all up and sold me the postage. He was awesome! This is my favorite and only USPS I'll be going to.”

“It was tough there for a while during and after the lockdown, Langley PO was short staffed and I know personally that longtime employees worked very hard putting in overtime picking up the slack.
Meanwhile I’ve been getting excellent service to my mailbox as well as packages delivered right to my door and even out of the rain.”
