“Dropped & cracked my Macbook Pro late at night. The following morning, I called Olympia Computer & they said I could bring it right in & they'd take a look. They ordered the new screen right then & there & it was delivered late the following afternoon. Because of the holiday, it took an extra day but TJ worked his magic and I was able to pick up my repaired computer on Tuesday. The quoted price was what I paid. The timing was just what they had predicted. Very satisfied with not only the speed and thoroughness but also with the great customer service by the entire team. Thanks!!”
“Was a previous Verizon customer and never had an issue. I got caught up in the Xfinity mobile and have regretted my decision. Unfortunately I cannot recall my original pin so have to start over but that's ok. My rep was Taylor and he is amazing... They all are to be honest. I do not plan on ever switching from Verizon again and I hope to have Taylor always be our guy for our phone, service, and Verizon Internet needs. Even if some think Verizon is a little pricier, you definitely get your money's worth with Verizon. Thank you!!!”
“This is for the front-end staff member that has been my representative for about the past 18 months; his name is Jarred—and I want share with you - the public —and the higher ups— about what this man brings to Verizon…EVERY day. He brings a quiet confidence, there seems to be nothing that rattles this guy, not large amount of customers, dealing with technical questions, training others, he does it all. Jarred is tech savvy enough to be informative and explain in terminology I understand. With active listening and taking ownership of customer needs, it helps Jarred become the customers advocate, looking for ways to maximize the benefits of a Verizon device, accessory or plan. Those are the big points I would think Verizon would like to have their sales force integrate into their interactions with the public. But you don’t have to tell this to Jarred, it is like second nature to him. I bring this up because there ought to be a serious discussion further up the food chain to put this man in a higher position given his common sense approach and his core competencies. I am always glad to engage with Jarred because of his approach; I really don’t think he sells as much as he advocates on my behalf, and for his customers. That is what I think the public really wants… their very own insider, making the best deal for them. Something to not only think about, but to do about. Very Respectfully submitted.”
