“Electronics, big box store. Well stocked, went in for new chargers and found them. Unlike most Best Buy stores - had 3 different people actually ask me if I needed assistance. That was a real improvement as my general experience is I have to track an overworked and harried service person down while they try to help too many customers at once. That was impressive. Check out person was friendly and efficient, very nice experience.

“My experience was superb! Jeff was amazing at getting my MAC sent to repair and making sure the warranty was on point. The manager also at the time (didn't catch her name) was also on board. I ended up coming out not having to pay for the repair for the screen which was a huge blessing to my pockets. Not sure about everyone elses experience. “I can't say enough good things about this neighborhood computer repair shop. My HP notebook computer got stuck in a bad loop and Windows would not load. ! I tried all the easy things I knew like undoing the latest update or restoring it to a prior time but nothing worked for me. To be honest my computer had been slow and glitchy for quite some time but now it stopped working completely. When I went inside the shop I was greeted and helped by Daerik. When I told him my troubles with the loop I was stuck in and that this computer may have been a lemon since it had always been slow, he listened. Then he told me he had worked on many of the same model HP and he had a hunch what the problem was so he explained everything and gave me two options. I went with the solution -#2 but it was good to know there were options. I got my computer back even faster than the 2 days they quoted because the parts for my repair were in stock. I am so glad I went to this business and that I am back up and running even better than before! Their rates are very good and the service is excellent.”
