“Nalley Valley self storage has been a lifesaver, not only did they set me up with a unit on short notice and without a reservation, they let me move into one of their larger units days later because my needs were a little bigger than anticipated. That could have been a big deal. The staff at Nalley Valley are friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate you and your stuff with a variety of units sizes that other storage facilities don't have. Overall I'm very satisfied with this facility. I give it a 4+ out of 5 ,(just because it's old and dusty).”

“Every business should be run like this. We received quotes from three well-known local movers and Conrad Brothers was the lowest by thousands. The move went faster and better than they promised. The team was fantastic. Each member knew his job. The truck and all pads and equipment were very clean. We've never seen anyone so careful with other people's possessions! The packing and handling of each item was performed with thought and care. Same for the unloading process when they delivered our contents to our new home. At the end of the move the final cost was actually LOWER than their original estimate. A few weeks later we decided to move a heavy desk upstairs and called them back. “This was the company that was assigned to us by the Navy to deliver our HHG (household goods) to our home in WA from overseas.Once our items had cleared customs, we figured out the best delivery date as we were staying at an Airbnb and family was visiting at the time; they showed up when they said they would when they called the day prior with the delivery timeframe.The four gentlemen that delivered our things were very friendly but professional. Thankfully our things all arrived in one piece and were very efficient; they even were kind enough to come back the following week once we unpacked everything to pick up the boxes and packing paper. I am OVER THE MOON HAPPY AND IMPRESSED with Bekin and am going to shout to the world how WONDERFUL AND TERRIFIC THEY ARE!!! I had interviewed Allied Van Lines, Mayflower Trucking, and several not too prominent moving companies and NONE OF THEM BENT OVER BACKWARDS AND DID ANYTHING TO HELP ME BUT BEKIN CAME THRU AND MADE THIS MOVE A COMPLETE DREAM COME TRUE!! I finally found a home to live in here in Ohio and have updated my info to Bekins so they know where to go exactly when they deliver my shipment...and I have the utmost FAITH AND TRUST they will do a wonderful job. “Great movers. Flexible. Communication of when items would arrive could have been much better as I was told a time a week apart. Two items arrived damaged and the process to report this is historic. Two items completely destroyed but I have to hold onto it for someone to come look at when the entire moving team agreed that it’s a goner. If there are pictures and notes on the form, why should I keep it. Anyways would use again”
