Dropped off Rims and TPMS sensors on Friday the 20th. They were ready with in hours.
Brought truck in after dealer pick up and stopped by on Sat the 21st to see if I could get the Ford Performance rims / tires installed.
I was in and out in 62 minutes with out an appointment.

“Brought my Toyota 4runner in for a steering and suspension inspection it made a really loud creaking noise when driving so I booked a appointment paid the fee for them to do the inspection and not only did I leave with peace at mind I left with my truck not creaking ! So Immediately set a appointment up for the one day I had off and with the list of problems they found on my truck they serviced it the day of the appointment and my car has never ran better ! It is because some cars are programmed to keep the wheels on the same spot due to Sensor but the guy put it on the wrong side. Which made my sensor reading inaccurate.but overall it was a good experience and pretty straightforward.”

“An HONEST automotive technician! Brian is more than just a mechanic.
We were on a trip with a deadline to see our daughter's graduation. Had some bad noise coming from the engine compartment so pulled into a parking lot there in Gig Harbor, called Parkers Automotive at someone's recommendation. Couldn't be happier! Brian came to our vehicle, easily diagnosed the noises with his almost 40 years of experience - pulleys going bad. Said he could rearrange his schedule to repair our vehicle and get us on our way the next day. Not to say he would do this in all cases, but Brian and his office manager went way above & beyond to take care of us! THANK YOU! God bless them, they were angels in our time of need! Once repaired we drove all night, but made it on time.”

“Over the 30 years I’ve lived in Tacoma I’ve had mixed service here. Yesterday, our service with Danielle was excellent. Upon returning from a camping trip I noticed a tire on our trailer had low air. Upon further inspection we found a nail in the tire. We changed the tire to a spare and had it replaced (nail was in the side-wall). We made an appointment t to put metal stems on the trailer tires to accommodate our Tire Pressure Monitoring System and Danielle found a bubble in another tire that we didn’t see. We decided to replace the other 3 so we had all new tires at the same time. They didn’t have the matching tires so we were waiting for a truck to arrive. She felt so bad she sent someone to get us two more tires to complete the job. In addition, there’s only one place safe to jack up an Airstream but her hydraulic jack wouldn’t go high enough. She talked with us suggesting they regularly use the frame. I was concerned about possible damage to the trailer and she was patient while allowing us to make a call and get appropriate advice. Danielle was professional, skilled, patient and friendly the entire time. I’m more than happy to give a 5 star rating for Danielle! She even placed cardboard in the jack to avoid any scratches. Way to go, Danielle! Great service and friendly!”
“Universal Tire and Wheel on South Tacoma way just hooked me up. Needed tires immediately due to a failure but was limited on Funds (end of the month). They got me finance through Snap. Had me back rolling within again in under 30 minutes of my arrival. Called Snap and setup my 90 day no interest payment plan. Easy peasy. I had shopped around to the big tire guys and other small ones. All wanted an arm and a leg. Their prices were absolutely unbeatable. Best experience possible! I will be bringing my Charger in ASAP!”

“This place is great! Had a nail in my tire was told to go here by someone at the gas station around the corner. I pulled in showed him the tire. He pulled the nail and had it plugged in a few mins. Didn’t even take the tire off the vehicle. Impressed. He also walked around and checked my other tires without me even asking and found another nail in a back tire I didn’t even know about. Pulled it and plugged it. Made sure each tire had the correct amount of air and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. Tires are great now. Prices were great. It was only 2 guys there and they both were friendly. I paid cash and it was cheaper than I use to pay back home in VA for one tire - he did two. I gave him a nice tip. They also sell tires too!”

“I recently had my car in for shocks, struts, and brakes. There was a squeaking issue with one brake after installation, and after two more visits, I think we got it resolved (pad defect). Ken and Tina are awesome, and they truly want to take care of their customers. I highly recommend!”
