“Had an issue regarding coil packs and misfiring which in itself is a simple fix, but the fact that within 2 hours of initially contacting them i dropped it off, got a diagnosis, a repair, and driving it home is amazing. Not sure if it was great timing or what, but i've never had a shop fix something for me that fast. To me, the efficiency made the price worth it.”

“I would highly recommend emergency roadside assistance. When I called for the service, they answered right away and they're very reasonable on the pricing. They also informed me well enough about the competitors in the area how much they charge their dispatcher and their drivers keep in contact with you. How long the wait time until they get to the car when they arrive and they verify with you which vehicle it is and license plate number so they don't make a mistake which I really appreciate the professionalism, and they also work with you on and where you need to drop it off so once again, I highly recommend using their services”

I was hot, tired, mad, and frustrated after waiting 4 hours for my tow from a different company that cancelled on me. I called Liberty and explained my dilemma. The dispatcher was so nice. She confirmed a cost and an ETA of 30 minutes. The driver was quick and efficient. They arrived on time, no hidden cost, and the truck and staff were clean and professional.

“Doug was great and knowledgeable. No surprise costs or hidden fees. He also came in roughly 25% lower than any other bid.
When I picked up my car it was completely cleaned. I dropped it off full of sand and dirt and every nook and cranny was cleaned while it was at their shop.
The body work itself looked great, you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. Panel gaps are even and the body panels line up.”

“I'm spacing on the tow truck driver's name that came out tonight from Town and Country.... She was awesome though! She really saved the day for me when I was stuck in a pinch.Town and Country came out to replace a spare tire for a flat I had. It was dark, rainy, and looked no fun at all. The driver was very friendly and definitely had some muscle! The lug nuts on my Camry were jammed and she was able to get it taken care of.I felt really bad that I didn't have any cash on hand for a tip. I really appreciated the service and will definitely recommend this tow truck company to anybody in the Gig Harbor area who finds themselves in need of auto assistance!!”

“call this shop yesterday they were able to fit me in the next morning i have had a sun roof on my car stuck open for a few months they were able to get it closed in about 2 hrs and the price they charged was very reasonable under 200 am so thrilled to have it done can say enough about how great these people are and the work they do.

“After having a bit of a pain dealing with Pick and Pull and another national cash for car chain, my friend recommended Happy Hooker towing. I had them pick up my dead Volvo from Rolf's Import Auto in Lakewood (who are AMAZING, btw). After talking with a man at Happy Hooker Towing that morning, Travis the driver met me that afternoon with $100 cash for my car and title. This morning my boyfriend called them, and had them pick up our other dead car, a Nissan. Another $200 cash! Two headaches easily handled. Neither time we had any issues!”
“My sons car got towed because a apartment manager wasn’t ok with it being parked there and we thought one of the residents had the authority to say it was ok but Tacoma towing was so helpful and helped us out didn’t over charge us and where super cool even tho we had attitudes because we were upset we were getting towed they handled us with grace and I really appreciated them and how nice they all were when we picked up the car! With one call Burns Towing showed up quickly on a Sunday, & in about 5 mins he had my car loaded up safely and was shooting out of the parking lot like he was on fire (safely of course but quick) then delivered it to my mechanic. “I was out on the JBLM base they sent two rotator records out there to pick up 1/2 of a building the speed at which they assess the situation and by time I got loaded I thought was a very reasonable. Two gentlemen worked *NSYNC and fluid with each other while they picked this building up, booming out and in and rotating both booms at the same time was rather impressive very good teamwork and their professionalism showed very polite very easy-going thanks for a job. I went inside the store and it is presentable as well I spoke to the employee about the pump stopped at $100 worth of diesel he checked his system and said it could the way my company card was set-up.
