“My sons car got towed because a apartment manager wasn’t ok with it being parked there and we thought one of the residents had the authority to say it was ok but Tacoma towing was so helpful and helped us out didn’t over charge us and where super cool even tho we had attitudes because we were upset we were getting towed they handled us with grace and I really appreciated them and how nice they all were when we picked up the car! I will always recommend them from now on!”

I went inside the store and it is presentable as well I spoke to the employee about the pump stopped at $100 worth of diesel he checked his system and said it could the way my company card was set-up. Furthermore, he advised me to close the transaction and start again, By golly! t worked. the employee was very helpful and accommodating.”

“I wanted to give Judi (the support staff over the call) a huge thank you for providing an amazing customer service and being exceptionally personable. While I was on the call with her translating for the individual that was in need of the actual towing, she was able to offer putting me on the priority in queue so that I would be able to connect with her again fast once I called back. She was able to walk us through all of the details with the pricing and put us with her personal favorite driver as well who was also very polite (forgot her name but Judi will know!). She quoted the estimation of wait time as an hour to give the driver a safe time not to rush the existing job she was set up with and the driver ended up coming less than 30 minutes. She is definitely a well deserved keeper with the company.Service: Car towing”
