“Our 2007 Honda element got a rear driver side flat. We were on i5 and close to traffic. Triple a sent Herman to tow is to a tire shop. Instead he changed our tire on the side of road next to busy traffic, to save us money instead of towing. Then he volunteered to check the air pressure on our tires and waited for us to drive off. Could not have been more lucky during this experience. Herman was kind, informative, helpful. He saved our trip.”

Why? turns out they were acquired by a larger company and had contracted with the insurance companies. This shop has not; they are one of very few truly independent shops in the area. They work with insurance companies, but not for them. It is refreshing to know that they will look out for me their client and not perform sub standard work to please the insurance companies.”

“I'm spacing on the tow truck driver's name that came out tonight from Town and Country.... She was awesome though! She really saved the day for me when I was stuck in a pinch.Town and Country came out to replace a spare tire for a flat I had. It was dark, rainy, and looked no fun at all. The driver was very friendly and definitely had some muscle! The lug nuts on my Camry were jammed and she was able to get it taken care of.I felt really bad that I didn't have any cash on hand for a tip. I really appreciated the service and will definitely recommend this tow truck company to anybody in the Gig Harbor area who finds themselves in need of auto assistance!!”

“The work was good and clean. The repair took a long time, but only because of the time to get parts ordered and in. Not there fault so hopefully people can understand if it takes a while. I had them pick up my dead Volvo from Rolf's Import Auto in Lakewood (who are AMAZING, btw). After talking with a man at Happy Hooker Towing that morning, Travis the driver met me that afternoon with $100 cash for my car and title. This morning my boyfriend called them, and had them pick up our other dead car, a Nissan. Another $200 cash! Two headaches easily handled. Neither time we had any issues!”

While I was on the call with her translating for the individual that was in need of the actual towing, she was able to offer putting me on the priority in queue so that I would be able to connect with her again fast once I called back. She was able to walk us through all of the details with the pricing and put us with her personal favorite driver as well who was also very polite (forgot her name but Judi will know!). She quoted the estimation of wait time as an hour to give the driver a safe time not to rush the existing job she was set up with and the driver ended up coming less than 30 minutes.
