“HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Eric and Craig are very knowledgeable and experienced and willing to take the time to explain and educate in a way that you can understand and comprehend easily. I brought my mom’s Lexus to them to help figure out why the door would not open since I couldn’t figure it out myself, not only did the fix it in less than 24 hours, they kept in communication and explained what the issue was. They even did a full inspection of the car and told us exactly what was wrong and need to be fixed and told us what could wait and what needs to be done asap, and explained why and how much it would cost in full detail with no pressure or scare tactics. They saved us a lot of money to add, Mechanics Pride wanted over $1000 (not including labor) with a 3 week wait, these guys got it in and done in less than 24 hours for less $250 (including labor). I highly recommend and would trust to send any of my family or friends to them without me having to be present. (P.S. Eric & Craig deserve a raise 100% ?)”

“Developed crack in RV windshield in Alaska and taped up to hopefully hold until returned to US. Worked with insurance, who were not helpful in finding place to repair. Had used Novus years ago when similarly had crack in windshield. Called them and Terri handled everything (including dealing with insurance company). Arrived at appointment, glass was there and Matt did exceptional job of replacement of windshield. Even fixed a few minor chips and seal. Professional service all around—definitely recommend the business.”

“I usually dread getting anything diagnosed/fixed on my car because there’s always surprises with cost & things usually aren’t done thoroughly. I don’t know anything about vehicles, so I have to trust what anyone says. That being said, I had a big repair I needed done to my car & I called around to quite a few places until I landed on Ray & Roy’s. They were extremely kind when I called & explained what I thought I needed done to my vehicle. They gave me the best price, got me an appointment, let me know exactly what they were going to look for to repair & potential extra costs, had the parts ready & actually remembered me when I came in (they are booked out a little ways—a good sign!) Shuttled me home & back to the shop. They called when the vehicle was done & I didn’t have to call 3 or 4 times like I have at other places. And the best part was my quote was spot on down to the penny. My car runs great. I would highly highly recommend! I’ll definitely be going back for anything I need done in the future.”

“Antique Auto Ranch is a go to place for anyone restoring a classic car. They'll rebuild/restore various parts. They rebuilt my 1947 Ford Inline 6 engine and it is now of superb quality. You can also get a variety of parts and cars that are on their property. Friendly staff. The also have a special emphasis on Model A's and Model T's, but will work on any classic car.”
“I've brought my car too Pete's Honda three times... Pretty quick fixes and nothing major. Every single time they fit me in when I left my car. They are usually very busy but have found time to do these fixes each time I have brought my car in. They are super friendly and I think the owner's name is Chris ( who happens to have a couple of darling little dogs who live there) and he is super friendly, knowledgeable and really works hard to take care of his customers. Prices reasonable. If you have to wait the waiting area is comfortable with a TV, couches, cool old memorabilia and a restroom. Highly recommend. When I moved to Spokane I lost my car guy in Bellevue and followed my daughter's recommendation of Pete's Honda when I moved here. Super glad she did”

“My classic mustang was rear ended. It had been restored 30 years ago. I was worried about paint match and striping. Andy's was not able to get it in right away but got it started when they said they would. They did a fantastic job. There were reflective factory stripes that had to be custom made, and specific paint for the deck lid. Their work was spot on. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to pay anything for the body work. I also had them look at the carburetor that had been worked in previously but still wasn't quite right. Because of their deep knowledge of mustangs they were able to spot the incorrect part the previous shop used and get the car running like a top! I would recommend them to everyone needing classic mustang repairs.”
“An honest mechanic who stands by his work. The timing chain guides on my truck broke and I was having oil pressure issues in the engine head. He quoted the necessary parts and then made an appointment for me to come in for the repair. After returning to pick up my truck he showed me the broken components that were replaced and explained the repairs. Shortly after, a gasket that was removed as part of the original repair started leaking. I brought my vehicle back in, and he indicated it was likely knicked when reinstalling the head. Set up another date time for me to come by and took care of it right away without further issue. Appreciate your good work and honesty auto doc!”

“I brought my car in to NW Automotive when the check engine light came on and the car was riding rough. It didn't feel safe enough to drive to a free check store like AutoZone, so I opted to go straight to a mechanic. I had never been in before. The gentleman who helped me, Steve, was very friendly and welcoming. His colleague, Jim, worked on my car. I expected to be waiting several days, having been told they were booked quite a ways up, but to my surprise I got a call the next day with a diagnostic and a fair quote. I asked them to proceed with repairs. That night they called back and said my car was good to go! Car services are so dependent on what's going on with it, so who knows if my car will be repaired so promptly in the future, but I will be taking it back to NW Auto for their friendly service, clear communication, and fair prices.
