“Amazing customer service! Had one of my catalytic converters stolen off my Toyota Sequoia and Punks got me fixed up super quick and for a great price! Thought the thief got an O2 sensor as well and I was quoted for both the sensor and the catalytic converter. After they pulled my car in the gentleman informed me that it was my lucky day and that the O2 sensor was still there, which made the already great price even cheaper only having to do the cat! “Better late than never. I was in and purchased a 2026 Kia EV9 in September. Wasn't hassled when my wife and I first walked onto the lot. Was able to peruse their EV9 and EV6 vehicles. Walked into the lobby and was greeted by Lucas. He asked if we had an appointment to which we did not. He was johnny on the spot and worked with us. He was very courteous and professional. He helped us look over a couple of EV9's that we had seen on their website. He was very knowledgeable with their electric vehicles. We talked numbers and we were able to get a fair deal. Upon completing our purchase Lucas was able to walk us through some of the features within the vehicle prior to us leaving. Through the last 3 months of owning our Kia, we've been really happy with how it has performed for us. We're currently experiencing a really minor issue related to the driver side seat and debating about making the trek down to Dick Hannah's service or bite the bullet and visit the local Kia dealership shop.”

“This is by far the very best car repair shop I have encountered in decades. They were highly recommended by a friend who has been going to them for years. They're honest, and their prices are very reasonable. We had a problem with the right front headlight on my car. Another shop wanted a lot of money to replace the entire headlight assembly. Cory's Car Care had every opportunity to charge me for replacing that assembly, and I had authorized them to order the part - but then they discovered it was only a blown fuse. They immediately called and told me the good news. A week earlier, they fixed a brake problem on my wife's car. We had a check engine light, got it diagnosed for free at Auto Zone and bought the part, but more problems arose. They quickly figured out the problem and used the part we got at Auto Zone to fix it. Very reasonable charge and a quick turnaround.”

“Took my 1987 Pontiac Fiero GT to Peterson Automotive on a referral from a local brake shop. I needed my handbrake serviced as well as a squeel/noise from the front ds wheel looked into. They were booked out 3 months but I was in no hurry. Once my car was in their hands they were very professional, communicated well, and solved my issues in no time. The handbrake just needed some re-work/adjustments (being 38 years old) and the noise turned out to me the metal brake shroud rubbing on the back of the rotor. All in all they had my car back to me the next day and only charged me for labor. Excellent experience, will be back for future service needs.”
