iQ has been amazing. I'm so grateful, I made the switch from Big Banking to a credit union, especially iQ! Everyone is fantastic! I even have my car loan through iQ Credit Union! All around, everything has gone quite smoothly! Kinda wish there was a closer bank branch but, what do you do? I live in Oregon and the closest one to me is the Happy Valley location(about 25 mins from my location). Other than physical location, banking with iQ has been extremely great! No qualms here!”

“I have had very little problems with this bank nor any of their other branches nor their customer service over the phone! Everyone is friendly, the more you come in the more they recognize you!
They always ask for ID and your debit card/info every time so they know you're the one accessing the account even though they know you! I've never had my account compromised to this day either!
I've been banking with them since 2018! Always be precise with what you are asking for so there is no mistake! These ladies and gents working for the bank are awesome as well and by the book!”

“Just wanted to give these guys credit where credit is due. I was a few minutes away from the bank when I received an appointment in clackamas in an hour. I checked in and asked how long the wait time was. They told me about 5 min. I checked travel time and figured I had enough time. I just passively told him no problem, I was just checking to see if I had enough time to get to my appt. When he heard about it, he just grabbed the first person nearby to help me really quick so I can head out faster.
