Our cashier was also very friendly despite some stress added to them by a random child playing hide and seek behind the counter and no additional staff available to help while the line was stacking up behind us.”

“The Difference has certainly made a difference! I needed a few pieces for an upcoming photo shoot and availed myself of their stylist service. Nicole was a joy to work with. She corresponded with me first to get an idea of my style, which I don’t really have when it comes to clothes. The selections she prepared were spot on. I was able to find the two outfits I needed within a short period of time, and then a few others because Nicole had impeccable taste. The manufacturing quality of the items seems high, so these pieces, which were only slightly higher than a big box retail store, are worth the money. Brilliant customer service and a great selection is the reason The Difference has been in business for so long. I will be returning in the future.”

“This is the best store for flannels, hats, and gifts when I need them. They're open every day and it's easy parking. There are a lot of good restaurants and spots to grab a beer in the area so I usually stop by the store to see what is new when I'm in the neighborhood. Staff is nice, helpful but not pushy.”
“Was at the Vancouver farmers market, and it was colder outside than I expected it to be. Noticed this little clothing store across the street. Picked up a flannel which turned out to actually be a very nice shirt. Fits great. Looks great. High quality. Good selection of casual clothing. Found what I needed for my skateboard, gave me good advice and offered to help if needed. “All the employees were helpful and very kind and all beautiful smiley faces! I was in a long line to the now smaller fitting rooms and the manager (I assumed) opened the larger fitting rooms so I didn't have to wait in line. ?? The dress fit so I was happy. “This company been my store since i was 12. Now i have a teenager that likes when i bring her here. Sometimes I may even have all the little kids running around.The only thing closest to bad service i received was the cashier looking at me like she wanted to start something. Once she started ringing up our $300+ haul (like always) she was pretty nice. I have RBF so i get it.Other than that they are SUPER nice from the floor staff to security. They tell me so gently when the store is closing.I love this location, sometimes we go to Portland if we need to shop really late.But otherwise this store got everything we need with ppl that treat u fair. It's nice having a store dedicated towards POC & i really appreciate TTB”

“Went to Ross on Mill Plain and 164th. Ten people in line with one check out person and one security guard. One more check out person came. Another employee came to relieve security guard. He stood less than 5 feet from the employee checking me out and watched everything that was put in the bag. Then he wanted to check my receipt! Signs posted saying they would check receipt. Why? He saw everything as it went into the bag. Waste of time and employee resources. He agreed with me. So.....management of that store, poor decision! Stupidity!”

“I found a fabulous store to shop in. Retail Therapy Boutique has amazing clothing, jewelry, and gifts. The clothes are very fashionable and beautiful. RTB has unique, high quality tops, sweaters, jeans, etc. My friends give me nice compliments on the beautiful fashions that I wear from Retail Therapy Boutique.
