“Price Quotes can very. I would like potential customers to know that price quotes are not a science, not fixed in stone. Of the hundreds' of potential electronic parts that could fail, how long does it take to chase it down. I have been doing medical & home electronic field servicing for 50 years. When I try to quote a repair, the worse it is reported, the higher the quote (Male vs Female report). Be a smart shopper. Don't say fix it, set a cap value on what you are comfortable with and you be then notified. I find Michael's service shop well stocked with knowledge & tools to send my extra work here. Also food near by.”

“I came across this company because I needed a new bulb for my Epson Home Theater Projector. I put my order in and waited for the delivery. The box arrived, I installed my new bulb and went on about life. 4 months later (today), I was going through and deleting some e mails. I came across an e mail from Rod. He sent me an e mail before proceeding with my lamp order. He let me know I could get the part cheaper and quicker if I ordered directly from Epson. I never responded to his e mail because I wasn’t paying attention. But the fact that Rod took the time to reach out to me and ask if I wanted to cancel my order and get the part quicker and cheaper somewhere else showed me just the type of wonderful people I’m doing business with. It doesn’t matter to me that I paid more and waited longer to get the part from Rod. In a world of dishonest people, this company works with integrity, honesty, and great work.
