“I came across this company because I needed a new bulb for my Epson Home Theater Projector. I put my order in and waited for the delivery. The box arrived, I installed my new bulb and went on about life. 4 months later (today), I was going through and deleting some e mails. I came across an e mail from Rod. He sent me an e mail before proceeding with my lamp order. He let me know I could get the part cheaper and quicker if I ordered directly from Epson. I never responded to his e mail because I wasn’t paying attention.
