“Great customer service and responsiveness! Had what I needed and helped me navigate their website to find a parts diagram!I have an Epson S60600 printer and needed a specific consumable part. It is usually sold by other suppliers exclusively as part of a "maintenance kit". Instead I was able to order 4 of the specific part I needed for half what a maintenance kit would cost.When I called in to confirm it was an OEM part, I asked about a parts catalog, and was promptly directed to the correct page on their website for an exploded parts diagram. I was able to locate another piece that I was totally unaware I could order through this supplier. This saved me a bunch money since I was worried that specific machine maintenance would only be possible through a technician!Wonderful, quick, and helpful! Will return for more parts!”
