FedEx ShipSite is located inside an Office Depot. The employees are wonderful, nice, kind, and genuine, offering extra help to customers. They are described as great. However, it is noted that the store employees are great but not FedEx. The location has limitations: packages taller than five feet or weighing over seventy-five pounds may not be shipped, with the nearest alternative in Portland. The process is not hassle free, as customers must forward a confirmation email to a designated Staples email. On occasion, the system can be down, preventing the provision of a receipt.

Not sure how to rate this. The employee said the system was down, and they could ship it with my label but wouldn’t be able to provide a receipt. I am really just posting this in case something happens to the package there’s documentation of my dropping it off. I’ll give it a 5* once delivery is confirmed.

IF the ? package is taller than 5'-0". FedEx may Not ship it. Or IF package ? weighs in excess of 75 lbs. Otherwise it is a great deal. The nearest package ? of Any size or weight is in Portland.
