Our office purchased an Epson printer (C-6000) through Champion Business Solutions. While the printer had some issues in the beginning, their team responded quickly and professionally every time. The repair technician, Robert, arrived at our office fast, was knowledgeable, and stayed committed to resolving the problem.
After a couple of visits, he identified the root cause, a faulty part and replaced it. Since then, the printer has been working great with no issues at all.

They followed through until everything was fully resolved, communicated clearly throughout the process, and truly cared about making things right. Robert D. was fast at responding to emails and answering every question that came up from the start.

“I am new to the container world -- didn't know anything about them, how to buy them, was they cost, etc. But i needed added storage and found these guys randomly on line, and ended up being very happy with them. Turns out, with millions of containers floating around, it can be a crap-shoot, with hundreds of brokers, and who knows what you are really getting. I didn't just want to spend $5K+ on some remote, on-line purchase and I couldn't afford to buy a piece of crap. Jarrod was awesome - he took a lot of time via email and on the phone to explain the various options and helped figure out the best (and cheapest!) solution for me. (Didn't just try to sell me the most expensive rig.) And he was in the office at 6am (PST) to accommodate the east coast -- impressed. I bought two 20 footers. They showed up exactly on time. excellent condition. And the delivery guy was great -- squeezed them in right where i needed them. I'm not a yelper, but these guys are worthy of 4-5 stars.”

“Every staff member at this location is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. They'll balance taking their time with you to ensure your questions are answered with moving the line along so everyone is helped quickly. The only downside is the parking out front, which is horrible for the entire strip mall and has nothing to do with UPS. Be very careful in the parking lot. It's just poorly designed.”
