“With 2 hours to come up with a 50’s sock hop outfit for my daughter we landed at this small gem. The owner, after hearing of our dilemma was jumping to get us what we needed and within 15 minutes were out the door looking the part we were after for substantially less that I had expected.Thank you for your hospitality and quick action! “I seriously never take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed with the costumer service and overall experience at Mr. Formal that I felt I needed to share. My boyfriend went into Mr. Formal with no knowledge of what he was searching for other than a suit for a wedding. Brocklyn assisted him during the process of picking out different colors and styles. After he told her what he was interested in, she then fitted him and got his exact measurements and sent us on our way in under 45 minutes. We went in on a Friday afternoon and were able to pick up the suit the very next day, which happened to be the morning of the wedding. I just wanted to write this review to thank Shaunte and Brockyln for making this happen, I don’t think anywhere else would have been able to get him a fitted suit in less than 24 hours. We will definitely be coming back for any future suit purchases or rentals. Thank you again!”

“I live in Arizona and cannot stand the location down here so when I come back for business, I come into the store to order clothes and have them shipped down to my house in Arizona. The store manager that took over a few years ago is absolutely phenomenal. She recognizes me when I come in and make sure that everything that I need is taken care of and shipped out so it’s there by the time I fly back. “Was at the Vancouver farmers market, and it was colder outside than I expected it to be. Noticed this little clothing store across the street. Picked up a flannel which turned out to actually be a very nice shirt. Fits great. Looks great. High quality. Good selection of casual clothing. I recommend checking out the store and I will be returning myself.”

My daughter is especially difficult when it comes to finding pants that she is comfortable in and the quest quickly becomes frustrating and exhausting. Rushed or judged or like an inconvenience to the staff. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and attentive we were able to purchase 6 pairs of pants for back to school without a melt down. Our cashier was also very friendly despite some stress added to them by a random child playing hide and seek behind the counter and no additional staff available to help while the line was stacking up behind us.”

“This is the best store for flannels, hats, and gifts when I need them. They're open every day and it's easy parking. There are a lot of good restaurants and spots to grab a beer in the area so I usually stop by the store to see what is new when I'm in the neighborhood. Staff is nice, helpful but not pushy.”

“This company been my store since i was 12. Now i have a teenager that likes when i bring her here. Sometimes I may even have all the little kids running around.The only thing closest to bad service i received was the cashier looking at me like she wanted to start something. Once she started ringing up our $300+ haul (like always) she was pretty nice. I have RBF so i get it.Other than that they are SUPER nice from the floor staff to security. They tell me so gently when the store is closing.I love this location, sometimes we go to Portland if we need to shop really late.But otherwise this store got everything we need with ppl that treat u fair. It's nice having a store dedicated towards POC & i really appreciate TTB”

“I went to Kohls to do an Amazon return. I was given a 20% off coupon not expecting to find nothing specific however, when I walked over to the toddler section I found many items for sale. I walked way with a new summer wardrobe for my toddler and was able to use my 20% coupon I was just given from Amazon. Awesome sauce!!”
“I started off having a bad experience due to the fact that I parked directly in front of one of Macy's entrances because of a rainy day. It was fine up until I walked through the mall and when they closed, unfortunately they closed the Macy's door that was connected to the mall. I wasn't aware they would close the Macy's door because Macy's was open for another hour. My wife and I were stuck walking through the rain to get to our car on the other side of Macy's. I wasn't happy about that. We weren't prepared because we thought we were going to use the same entrance that we came in. I spoke to Amy, one of Macy's managers and she was extremely polite and sympathetic. She also gave me an umbrella that was especially appreciated. She informed me that the Mall closed their doors as well at closing time because they didn't want to use more security for Macy's entrance after the mall closed. Thanks again Amy for ensuring that your customers walk away with a pleasant experience.”
