The store manager that took over a few years ago is absolutely phenomenal. She recognizes me when I come in and make sure that everything that I need is taken care of and shipped out so it’s there by the time I fly back. “Was at the Vancouver farmers market, and it was colder outside than I expected it to be. Noticed this little clothing store across the street. Picked up a flannel which turned out to actually be a very nice shirt. Fits great. Looks great. High quality. Good selection of casual clothing. Rushed or judged or like an inconvenience to the staff. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and attentive we were able to purchase 6 pairs of pants for back to school without a melt down. Our cashier was also very friendly despite some stress added to them by a random child playing hide and seek behind the counter and no additional staff available to help while the line was stacking up behind us.”

“This is the best store for flannels, hats, and gifts when I need them. They're open every day and it's easy parking. There are a lot of good restaurants and spots to grab a beer in the area so I usually stop by the store to see what is new when I'm in the neighborhood. Staff is nice, helpful but not pushy.”
“I was surprised Toy R Us is there. I thought they’re going out business long time ago. Toy price isn’t bad. I know Macy’s decided to many store will be closed. But we like to go to Vancouver Mall and Macy’s.”

I am a swimmer and teach water exercise classes and
I have to try samples of shampoo because of my fine hair, which is fragile and often gets weighed down when the shampoo is too heavy with conditioners.
Some shampoo and conditioners actually make my hair look greasy.
The price of the shampoo and conditioners have increased substantially as all things have.. so I save Sephora a ton of money and product by getting a sample rather than buying a whole bottle of shampoo and conditioner and then RETURNING it when it doesn't work on my hair ?
And Sephora has to throw it away in the dumpster..and give me a refund!

She has beautiful shiny hair and it's texture is fine, too!
She has personally bought and tried the same shampoo that she recommends and knows her products!

“It's a Kohls. The store is generally clean and orderly. The staff is helpful. The Sephora leaves a bit to be desired, I don't feel like they always have the greatest selection. It's a decent place to go clothing shopping.”

“This company been my store since i was 12. Now i have a teenager that likes when i bring her here. Sometimes I may even have all the little kids running around.The only thing closest to bad service i received was the cashier looking at me like she wanted to start something. Once she started ringing up our $300+ haul (like always) she was pretty nice. I have RBF so i get it.Other than that they are SUPER nice from the floor staff to security. They tell me so gently when the store is closing.I love this location, sometimes we go to Portland if we need to shop really late.But otherwise this store got everything we need with ppl that treat u fair. It's nice having a store dedicated towards POC & i really appreciate TTB”

“I only come here to return Amazon packages, but it’s been a while, and they’ve really stepped up their game! There are signs around the store making it easier to locate, plus a roped off queue. The woman working behind the counter was friendly and offered to tape up my package for me.
When I returned packages here a few years ago, you would have to tape up the packages yourself and the staff working the counter made it seem like you were bothering them. An elderly woman even chastised me for being too loud with the tape. I’m glad the vibes have vastly improved!”
