I came in today already frustrated because my online order mobile phone came WITHOUT a SIM card. The two female representatives that were present was phenomenal. They couldn’t do anything about my account but helped me with what they could, and I figured out the rest. Thanks again.

Ben knew exactly what I needed to do to switch carriers so we could use Metro in Canada. Once I got an authorization code and transfer pin# from previous carrier, everything went like clockwork. Even got a deal. Thanks again!
