“We've rented and returned U-Hauls here a few times and always had a good and smooth experience! Never had any issues with their trucks in comparison to past experiences with other U-Haul dealers. Our last experience was with Kelly (apologies if her name is spelled differently). Loved her personality; her description of insurance covering a million dollars in damages translating to being covered if we hit a Lamborghini cracked me up! When we returned the truck, she was considerate and asked if we wanted to reserve a truck for next week (we mentioned in the beginning that we planned to make two trips with a U-Haul in our move). Thanks for all you do, Kelly!! Hope to see you next time for trip #2! :)”
“Honored their pricing, no hidden fees. Vehicle arrived in good condition, not brokered to some shady carriers out there like other car haulers do. Truck arrived a little late but this isn't a big deal since you can't control traffic etc. Overall, very satisfied with their service. Would definitely use them again.”
