“Great Service, Strong Follow Through Our office purchased an Epson printer (C-6000) through Champion Business Solutions. While the printer had some issues in the beginning, their team responded quickly and professionally every time. The repair technician, Robert, arrived at our office fast, was knowledgeable, and stayed committed to resolving the problem. After a couple of visits, he identified the root cause, a faulty part and replaced it. Since then, the printer has been working great with no issues at all. What really sets Champion Business Solutions apart is their customer service and character. They followed through until everything was fully resolved, communicated clearly throughout the process, and truly cared about making things right. Robert D. was fast at responding to emails and answering every question that came up from the start. Beyond being excellent at their jobs, they are genuinely good people who also give back through charity work, which speaks volumes about their values. I highly recommend Champion Business Solutions for their professionalism, persistence, and heart. They stand behind their work and their customers.”

“Cori was super helpful and did a wonderful job on our Canadian Citizenship photos. I was really nervous because the specs for the photos are very meticulous, but she knew EXACTLY what we needed and took her time getting every detail perfect. Thank you SO much Cori!”

“Came in on an early morning to print out some papers. I couldn’t figure out how to download and print an email from their machine. The store was busy, but a worker named Gabriel was kind and patient while he assisted me with the process. He had great customer service.”
